Ethan was very accommodating. I called up on a Sunday with a flat tire although I had no appointment and them being fully booked, he still managed to squeeze the car in and repair it. That whole team was very accommodating and will definitely recommend using there services

I would highly recommend Kwik Fit, Camden Road. I have been going there for an MOT and service for years. My MOT expired and the manager fitted me in the next morning even when they were fully booked. The service is excellent and they are very helpful. I would never go anywhere else.

Have been using this branch for MOT and tyre replacements for the past four years. Staff are helpful and efficient. Halim, the manager, is always calm and positive, and rescheduled my MOT for within 30 minutes of my arrival on a busy day when the online booking system had gone down and they had no records of appointments. Excellent customer service all around by Ethan and Muz!!! I had my TT there for MOT, full service and ultimately repair after the MOT revealed and issue to be fixed. Ethan kept me super well involved throughout the entire process with clear advice and quotes what necessary jobs need to be done and they both went above and beyond to make sure I can temporarily get my car back over the weekend and then prioritised the repair right away for the next business day despite their very busy work schedule. Also, when I specifically suspected one tyre might need replacement, they tested it thoroughly and advised that the it is absolutely fine. When a car repair shop puts the customer's best interest first over making a few quick quid extra, that is when know you are in good hands! And that is why I will definitely return next time!

Excellent service from these guys. I needed a new battery and it took a maximum of 10 minutes to change it before I was on my way! It was £114 which felt a lot however inner London prices mostly to blame. Service 5*, highly recommend these guys if you need something sorting and quickly. Running against the clock, I nearly ran out of time to get an MOT done on the car my friend is lending me while she's living out of town. So I spoke to Abdul (so hope I've got the right person) who told me on Monday that they were fully booked until the latter part of next week. Then he took pity on me when I told him I was in a bit of a bind and said "drop it in on Wednesday, if we get a cancellation, we'll fit you in". When I went this morning I have never ever seen so many cars back to back, side to side, filling the forecourt, and more, but they took my keys and I crossed my fingers in the air as I was going out. God knows how they did it. But thanks to Ethan and all the guys for getting it done. Absolutely epic! And the place was practically empty when I went to pick the car up. As soon as I pulled in he was very rude and in order to maintain the reputation of this Kwik fit, he shouldn’t be the first to greet customers! I booked my car in to replace the 2 back tyre, on arrival I found the centre full of cars. (about 10 or 12). Thinking that this is going to be a long wait I gave the manager my keys, and went shopping. I returned about 30 minutes later to find that my tyres had been changed, and there was only 2 cars still being worked on. This branch runs like a well oiled machine, the staff are very helpful, and the management can't do enough to make you feel welcome. I will definitely use them again.

Amazing service - they spared me literally hundreds of pounds fixing the heat-shield behind my disk brake, which was completely fallen off. I was about to get scammed into changing my whole breaking system at French & German Car Service (they estimated it takes around 520£) - and Kwik Fit solved the issue safely for 15£. (The other service charged me 48£ for the inspection and had let me drive-off with the shield still scratching onto my disk...) Will never use any car service other than the Islington Kwikfit !!!

Any parts that are not on site are immediately ordered and can come same day or next day. The staff there are efficient, friendly and reliable hence why I always go back there and always make you feel welcome even when they are busy. The manager is a lovely guy and always ensures he explains in details any works that needs to be carried out, he is never too busy to give good customer service! As a female who is not too familiar with the mechanics of a car other than the basics, this is very helpful. You can do walk ins and call up for pre-bookings if need be. Great customer service. Need a specialist tyre for my Land Rover Discovery 5 that my local Kwick Fit in Tottenham said would take 2-3 weeksz. The brother managing the site at Hollaway Road, got me the tyre for next day. It was an insurance replacement, so maybe that is why other branches were reluctant to do the job. At very short notice I was impressed to be booked in at 16:00 (even though they looked busy when I got there).. I booked an 'appointment' at what I thought might be a quiet time! When I arrived, 5 mins early, the reception already had a couple of walk-in customers waiting, and after I checked in with the manager, 5 other walk-in customers, plus an AA patrol arrived! Despite the apparent overload, the manager somehow kept all customers' requirements moving, the staff seemed flexible and worked in as required as the various jobs progressed. Soon my defective tyre was removed, it was explained it couldn't be saved, the replacement I had ordered appeared and was on the wheel and back on the car inside 20 mins. The manager handed me my paperwork and I was good to go! Impressed. Don't expect airs and graces but it does seem to work.

The mechanics do their job but somehow look at you as if they had enough already. Also the customer waiting area is in desperate need of a make-over, looked really un-welcoming. Not saying it was a really bad experience but will look for other garages.

Great service from these guys. Booked in an MOT and unfortunately on the day i was booked in, the MOT guy was off sick. Ok these things happen. The Kwik fit guys called me to let me know and did the MOT the next day, keeping good contact to let me know what was happening. I had a minor issue with the car horn and they call to say they would investigate before giving me a quote. In the end the guy fixed it without charge. Result! Great service, no rip off repairs. Went in with a leaky valve on a Sunday morning. They quickly replaced the valve at no charge – even though they had not provided the tyre or valve in the first place. Embarrassingly, I did not have any cash to leave a tip: so this review is the least I can do. Excellent service. They could easily have charged me, I would have been very happy to pay, but it reflects well on them that they are not trying to screw every last penny out of people. I was then advised that two more tyres in addition to my damaged one should be replaced, which I agreed to. However, when the car was handed back to me, only the one damaged tyre had been replaced.
