m. l.A great example of good customer service. Very professional, from the people in reception through to the communication when they called me.
I took a van in for some diagnostic checks, came away with some helpful recommendations and all free of charge. This type of service results in people coming back; I will now bring the vehicle here for an MOT instead of taking it elsewhere
A. M.I took my car in post surgery to get my tyres sorted. My head was all over the place and I clearly did not make sense when calling up the garage (or while there). Joe however, had a very welcoming and understanding tone. When I got to the garage he was very patient with me and resolved the issue without haste or difficulty. His customer service is absolutely spot on, such a friendly person. I will definitely be using Sydenham again! Back in 2 weeks hopefully making sense this time :D
B. T.I've been coming to this branch of kwik fit for a couple of years now for my MOT and services. I've always been treated respectfully there by all of the staff who are very friendly and welcoming. They managed to fit in my MOT, servicing and re-check for my MOT all in one day even though they were very busy which I really appreciated.
S. W.On my way to the school run, the low tyre pressure signal came on,I stopped at a nearby garage and was told I would have to leave the vehicle for a couple of hours,time which I did not have! I telephoned Kwik Fit Sydenham, and was told I could come in straight away. The lovely gentleman at reception repaired my slow puncture in record time, which enabled me to make the school run in time. Many,many thanks for such a great service.
S. T.I turned up in Kwik Fit as it seemed I might have a puncture. Joe was really kind and helpful, informed me about the waiting time. He inspected all four tyres, finally we figured there is no puncture but a serious wear & tear and the tyres will need replacing in the near future. I expected to be charged as I took their time as they needed to look into the tyres, pump them, etc. but to my suprise there was no charge. As a result of this very thoughtful customer service, I am bringing my vehicle back for tyre replacement in a week or so. I highly recommend this branch as everyone was very polite and knowledgeable.
G. P.I have a motability vehicle and have had to visit kwik-fit 5 times now regarding my tyres. They have explained the agreement with motability regarding tyre changes which they have to abide by but which does not make me happy at all.
Each time though, the staff have been courteous, respectful and very helpful. They calmly explain the situation with a smile all the time, just hope I don't need to go back again as it does get frustrating having to go there every other week because the tyres have to be repaired each time until they can no longer be repaired before a new tyre can be put on. Today, however, I finally got a new tyre and as nice as it is to see the guys at kwikfit sydenham, I hope I don't have to go there again for a long time. Thanks guys, I owe you for keeping your cool even when I was upset and my schedule had been thrown to the wind🙏🏾🙏🏾😀😀

Listened when I explained what the problem was, explained how he could help sort the problem & got my car back to me when he said he would. Very polite and efficient. Gave nothing but his full attention & services. Appreciate it!
