We arrived for an MOT and our battery died, even though they were really busy and short-staffed, they still managed to fit us a new battery, perform the MOT and order the parts that needed replacing. Marisa (I think the manager) was especially helpful and called us before performing any repairs to make sure we were happy with the costs etc. We've spent the last year looking for a trustworthy and friendly garage near us so it's nice to have finally found one. She was incredibly professional and friendly - we will definitely be returning due to her incredible service.

I drove to this branch and was greeted both with professionalism and friendliness by a member of staff named ZUBAIR. He attended to myself straight away in a fantastic manner greeting me with a smile and was very sympathetic as I explained I believed my catalytic converter was stolen. He straight away arranged for my vehicle to be inspected thoroughly and also checked other parts of my vehicle at short notice. He subsequently assured me that the catalytic converter was in place and pointed out other faults to me which I didn’t know about. In essence he gave my car a health check as well at extreme short notice giving myself reassurance and peace of mind. I found ZUBAIR to be helpful and extremely good at his job. I would certainly recommend others to ask for him if they are visiting this branch. A true gentleman who puts customers needs first immediately whilst presenting excellent communication and product knowledge. 7 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ALL ROUND. THANK YOU SO MUCH ZUBAIR.

Very efficient. I liked pre ordering on line but it is tricky as there are so many tires that are very simir.

Had to get a tyre fitted then didnt have the wheel nut. Came back 2 weeks later and they changed the tyre as soon as they could. All good from me, thank you gentlemen.

Had a nail in tyre first thing in the morning. They sorted promptly by repair with minimum of fuss and got me on my way very quickly. So important given I'm an essential worker for the NHS. Second time this has happened to me and second time they have sorted it out for me very quickly.

I booked a battery replacement online Thursday for Saturday morning but when I went the battery wasn’t there. They did check the old one throughly and were very apologetic and promised to ring me when it was in. Sunday I had a text message to say don’t forget my air con re gas appointment was due Monday morning 9:30. Thinking this was meaning my battery was now ready I was planning to go but then thought I’ll just check and rang them. They were apologetic again and said no battery still and the text must have been an error. They did ring Monday and say my battery was ready so went and it was very quick to swap batteries and they had upgraded to a Bosch one to make sure I didn’t have to wait any more which was good of them especially as I hadn’t moaned at them. In summary I’d say they are nice guys who do a good job who are being let down by poor systems so worth ringing to check if booking online

Booked in for MOT, which was carried out without delay or fuss. Very polite and dedicated staff at the BILLET ROAD branch. The technician, S. Desai, was detailed in his assessment of my car and was very helpful, in a reassuring way, as regards the "monitor and repair if necessary" clause of the MOT certificate. Very impressed with this Kwik fit branch. Passed MOT without any additional expense.

Really quick to help me. I have been a few times for various things and they have always done their best to see to it quickly. Have even popped down to get air pressure tested and fixed and they didn't charge me for it. Friendly, quick and would definitely recommend.

The mechanic and team at the Walthamstow Kwik fit were very polite and professional, and this review is by no means addressed to them. I booked an MOT visit, the van had a minor issue and didn’t pass the MOT test, which is totally fine; what let me down was that the facility wasn’t suited for my small van: The ceiling of the building was too low . As a result they couldn’t lift the van to fix the vehicle underneath. Had I know this at the time of booking , I would certainly have booked elsewhere; I know that every time you bring an old vehicle for a MOT there’s always something to fix, and is implied that they can fix it afterwards. The team was super apologetic and very helpful so I believe this to be an issue with the booking engine on their website. Edit : I fixed my van elsewhere and brought it back to quick fix , where I was tested again, free of charge; this time it passed the MOT

Was booked in for an MOT and debug of the aircon and when I arrived I was told that there was an issue with the MOT testing equipment which was in the process of being fixed by an engineer. To help speed up my visit they told me they would start on the debug and by then the MOT equipment should be ready. Communication was excellent from the moment I arrived and everything was done to make my visit less time consuming. Keep up the good work!

The best MOT and service experience I've had since I got my car 4 years ago. All done within two and a half hours by the friendly and professional staff. I was particularly impressed by their honesty that nothing needs replacing just yet (I often leave other garages with new tyres and brake pads galore, wondering to myself just how necessary they actually were). Had a flat Tyre so called into Kwik Fit They diagnosed a faulty valve, they replaced the Valve checked the other tyre pressures and fitted spare into the boot. No Charge! Well done Kwik Fit 👍👍👍

Polite enough staff. Empty when I dropped in to replace a substandard Kwik Fit battery that the RAC said was not holding sufficient charge for its age. Still with a year's warranty left but they were out of stock of the battery for my Ford Fiesta which is rather odd. They were defensive that the battery may be faulty despite quite detailed checks by the RAC and regular use of the car. Off to another Kwik Fit tomorrow. Hopefully the car will to get me there.

This is one of the best kwik fits I’ve used, but the only problem is that it’s not near my house at all. Not very easy to get home using public transport either (if my car needs to stay with them over night). They only thing I can complain about with this branch is the waiting time. It does get busy, and waiting time can get long. Other than that, it’s all good! Staff very friendly.

Really helpful staff, I went straight in and was dealt with immediately. I had a europcar vehicle and he didn't even want paperwork. I had a tyre change and he then went round and re-winded the rest of them, I was in and out in 15 mins!

I called in for a quick front suspension check on my vehicle after a nasty speed hump crunch and banging noise beneath the car after. I was reassured that there didn't appear to be associated significant damage The fitter (I'm sorry that i didn't ask your name...my bad) did point out several other front drive train / suspension issues and a badly worn tyre I'd missed and which I'll sort immediately. Thank you and I will return.

I always go to this kwik fit. They are honest, friendly and reliable. I once went to another garage for a service and they gave me a shopping list of works which I then booked in for at kwikfit. The kwik fit engineer looked at my car and told me the work did not need doing! Now a Kwik fit customer for life.

Marissa and the team were brilliant. I've come here a few times in an emergency over the years and they have always managed to either repair or fit a new tyre while I wait. The last time I was there (a couple of months ago) I met Marissa, she was so lovely; what a star! She fit me in same day when I called up that morning. The guys checked my tyres as the indicator warning light had triggered. I couldn't see any damage, but needed piece of mind that everthing was ok. They were professional and thorough. Such a great team down there. Thanks Marissa.
