I never knew that one day I will use "Kwik Fit" and "delightful" in the same sentence but here it is. My time with the guys at Kwik Fit was such a delightful experience that it made my day. On top of the top notch and expeditious service I have also left with something that I never thought I will acquire at the garage ;) If you have a problem(with your vehicle), if no one else can help, and if you can find them(google maps y`all), maybe you can hire... the A-Te....lads at Kwik Fit" (Cue the music) Thanks fellows. With the advance booking facility of the MOT that Kwik Fit manages, they are professional, on time and thorough. At a competitive price too! 'S' did the MOT - whilst I waited - and he was very willing to point out good and not so good points - and to indicate where attention should be focused for the next time. As was the tyre guy - he records tyre conditions to check you don't leave with unsafe wheels - which is reassuring. Yes 'S' was very professional and thorough! Top stars!

I was a walk in. I had a flat tire. They were busy so I expected a long wait however I was seen very quickly and my issue was resolved satisfactory. The staff were polite. My only gripe is my car key wasn't handed back to me. I didn't realise cause I was on my mobile when I was told my car was ready. I was also so overjoyed as I had an appointment I thought I may have to rearrange but it had been fixed in time for me to still make it. I jumped in my car. It's keyless entry etc. I started it and was driving down the road. It started to rain so I put my windscreen wipers on. This is when I realised I didn't have my key because is was flying up and down on the window as my windscreen wipers pushed it up and down. I panicked. Screamed. Stopped my car in the middle of the road. Put my hazards on, turned off my windscreen wipers and jumped out to grab my key. No one reacted thank God even though I was holding up traffic. My mate who was first concerned due to the scream was highly amused once I told him what happened. Imagine if the windscreen wipers sent the car key flying and I couldn't find it actually don't imagine. But my mate did say Kwik Fit staff should of handed me my key back before I left which is customary. I tend to agree. So if you have a keyless car just remember if you go there KEY. Lol...

Ray was very helpful . He assessed my brakes ( a warning light had come on ) , he managed to find me a same day appointment . The repair was completed and I’m back in the road . I couldn’t recommend Kwik fit more highly .

I'm a complete novice car owner, learnt to drive in my early 30s and bought my first car 2 months ago. I say this as I need to rely heavily on mechanics/garages being honest and trustworthy as don't have the experience yet to challenge being swindled. Booked it in online for a full service and MOT though it wasn't due the MOT just yet, just thought I'd get it done at the same time and I think there was a price reduction for booking it together which I thought I'd take advantage of. Really easy to do and lots of availability. A hour or so after dropping the car off I get a call saying he noticed online the MOT isn't due for a few weeks and gave me options to delay rather than lose my renewal date, saying I could still get it for the same price in the future - he then refunded me the cost. I went to pick up the car later in the day and the same man I had given the car to in the morning and had called me about the MOT talked me through the recommendations for repairs based on the service (nothing major, two tyres replacing) and advised it would be good to pass the MOT when I bring it in. He was very clear I could contact them if I had any questions at all and wasn't the slightest bit condescending. He then brought the car round to the exit without me needing to request, and smiled saying it was still nice and warm (great on a very chilly January afternoon). I realise there are some mixed reviews online about Kwik fit generally but my experience couldn't have been better.

Staff were friendly and very helpful when I went there for my MOT and full service. I had a worn bolt that my previous mechanic failed to notice which they spotted and replaced for free, I also failed initially due to a airbag warning light which was the result of some loose wiring but they also took care of that for free resulting in a flawless pass second time round for my vehicle. It was all done relatively quickly aswell, all in one morning, told me to come back at 2 they had it finished and I was out with my car and new documents by 1.

Popped in on a whim, suspecting a slow puncture and I was seen to very quickly. Diagnosis was there was in fact a nail in bedded in my tyre. Not what I wanted!! Luckily the member of staff said he could patch the tyre up saving me a small fortune. Great experience from West Norwood branch! Will definitely be back when needed

I used to go to a Kwikfit closer to home but changed one of my appointments to the West Norwood branch. Even after moving, I still go back to these guys. They have been honest and upfront with works to the car and have never charged me for unnecessary work. So far, a great job every time and I appreciate the team’s hard efforts. Got a free tyre check and they were really honest and said the tyres were fine. Tyre pressures on CPU wasn't reset properly when I had my service with VW Garage, so car cpu was wrong and I had nothing to worry about. Overall, a very good experience.

Car MOT'd and full service carried out. Reception were informed first thing when car dropped off a side light bulb was out and I was told would need to be working to pass MOT. I asked them to fix it but this was not done when I collected the car but it had still passed MOT? Service technician very helpful and actually took the time to go through his observations and the paperwork with me. Afternoon reception staff quite rude and abrupt on phone when he called to say my car was ready and I asked if my light had been fixed. Value for money good when compared with other garages so may use them again for future MOT/Services etc but chose local branch near work as they cannot guarantee a collection time. Car was there the whole day.

For routine matters such as MOTs, tyres etc there’s a very good, prompt service. The staff are really helpful and pleasant. However I hit a low stone bollard which messed up the rear axle set up and the real problem was missed. I needed to go to VW for an expensive fix 2 weeks later which, in terms of safety, was essential.

Just had a flat tyre in the torrential rain with a 4 year old in the back of the car, and then discovered the unique key I needed to get the bolts off to change the tyre was missing ....it could have meant being stuck with no car for days but the guy at Kwik Fit was brilliant, provided a temporary work-around solution, changed the tyre and charged me nothing for it. His kind and generous service has left me feeling very grateful.

Great team at West Norwood and very informative. Had a bit of a bad run with punctures to rear tyres on my car recently, but the team at KwikFit were very accommodating and explained everything from start to finish. The two rear tyres needed replacing, which isn't ideal having to fork out for a new tyre, but the team explained why and even showed me a diagram about tyre repairs etc to explain why it needed replacing. Overall, a brilliant service and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

I took my car to the West Norwood Kwik-fit for an MOT in February 2016. Booking and paying for the slot was very easy via their website and I received a friendly and prompt service when I picked up and dropped off the car. There were no issues to resolve with the MOT so I can't comment on the quality of their mechanic work but they noticed a screw in one tyre that had been causing a slow leak and patched it for a nominal fee. Overall, very happy with the service I received and will definitely be taking my car back there for next year's MOT.

Last night I picked up a slow puncture from a rogue screw and had to swap it over for the space saver spare. Went into this branch of Kwik Fit today to be told that the spare also had a puncture. Both tyres were repaired, they reset the pressure sensors on the car and replaced all of the tools, jack, spare etc under the floor in about 30 minutes whilst I waited. Incredibly, they did this all absolutely free of charge. Amazing service for which I am very grateful and extremely impressed. Thank you again, truly above and beyond.

I went to west norwood to get my car MOT. Upon my arrival I was greated by the MOT tester who was very polite and friendly. He made me aware I had no screen wash but he kindly filled it up. As a person that worries about my car I felt this MOT tester checked my car with great detail and explained to me what checks they do while doing the MOT. I would recommend this guy at the Kwik fit in west Norwwod. I feel he did a great job.
