c. m.I hope this is the right business I am reviewing as quote few with similar name. We had a control flashing and as it was an engine although the var could still drive we decided to stop on the way and check it. We have green flag assistance through Churchill. We were advised on the phone that someone will contact me in 15 minutes to confirm their time of arrival. After no contact and about 40 minutes wait, a man arrived to check our car with basic diagnostics on his tablet. He identified the problems and recommended that it's better to get the car towed back home rather than risk driving. I then got a text message saying that the towing car will arrive in about an hour. It was Errol whose service I can praise with five stars. No stress, friendly and professional towed us all the way back home and turned out he lives very close by. Giving four stars only because Errol could have been a bit earlier of he was given our exact location from his colleague but that wasn't the case. Also, I am not sure about requirements when it comes to road services but I had a small reservation that neither of them was wearing face covering. Luckily we were seating behind Errol so risk was minimised. Thanks for your help and hit comments about drivers and life in London. 👍👏
D. A.Had a good experience with these guys. We had a lovely guy named Frank who was helpful and really efficient and explained that my battery had failed. He didn’t pressure me to buy the battery from him, especially as Kwikfit was near but he was honest and explained the differences. I bought the battery from him and he fitted it within minutes. Also answered a lot of my questions. I can’t give 5 stars as it took them two hours to get to me. I was ready to give 2 stars due to wait time, but Frank’s service was wonderful

S. W.Called Nationwide following a loud noise from one of my front wheels shortly before setting off on a 200 mile drive from London to Leeds. They sent our LAR to diagnose the problem who called me almost immediately and arrived on the scene within less than an hour. The engineer was friendly and helpful and he immediately identified a brake callipers cover had popped out and got me on my way within minute so very happy with the service I received!
M. V.Great experience with LAR TRAFFIC SERVICES. I had a flat tyre the other day from a pothole ( tyre completely damaged ), and today I called my bank NationWide, because they provide me as a customer with National Breakdown&Recovery, and asked for assistance, and they've sent LAR TRAFFIC SERVICES to help me out with my situation... I had to replace the damaged tyre with a new one, and balance the wheel, a job which CHRIS did in 15 mins, professionally and spot on. So, Positive experience thanks to CHRIS, Great Job
