My wife broke down whilst on a work visit to London. The AA roadside guy recommended we take the car to this garage and they didn't disappoint. They repaired the car really quickly, well priced and they even fixed my key fob that hadn't worked for a couple years! Really helpful and friendly staff. If I lived locally I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys regularly.

Continues to be a good, honest garage. Have used then for years and just recently had major work carried out on my car requiring them to call in a specialist. All very dramatic but I was kept informed throughout so there was no nasty surprises when it came to the final bill. Recommended. P S They now supply and fit tyres.

Wow, this place gives exceptional service. I was so nervous taking my car for its first MOT, but the reviews for Marlborough Service Service station were so good. And I can see why. I called in the morning and they said they could fit my ca in if I come down in the next hour. They greeted me and when I came back the car was parked in a safe place, ready to go. No unnecessary faults were found which is great (maybe lucky too). I plan to get all my servicing done here. These guys treat customers with respect. THANKS!!

One of the best and reliable and clean garage I have come across. This is the second time I use this garage I am really happy and will use them again very polite people. My car was checked and taken care for nearly over a week as battery keeps dying and very nicely advised by technician Carlos no issues so far they even vacuum and wash ur car . Like with other garage they lie and dodgy this has to very honest people who do really care about ur car and want you to come back. Thank you very much to Owner Jhon and Carlos. Always use Marlborough Road service station. For MOTs, bumps and scratches and oil services and they are always so quick. They're reliable and very reasonable for prices. The people are nice and I just like that I can completely trust them with my car. Great service!!

Had a problem with my passenger window regulator failing leaving the window stuck down! Dropped the car off of on a Saturday morning and the owner was very honest in saying they where very busy and might not be able to see to it today (they close early on a Saturday) but offered to keep the car over the weekend so it was atleast locked up in a secure garage. Recieved a call later that day explaining the mechanism for the window needed replacing with a very reasonable and fair quote but the part wouldn't be in till Monday now which was fair enough. Fast forward to Monday and I receive a call midday to say the car is done with no fuss or hidden extra work like some of the other reviews I've seen for local garages around here. These guys are a straight up honest garage who very clearly pride themselves off of a good reputation. The garage itself was clean and tidy and very busy which as far as I'm concerned shows they're a good bunch if they've got regular work on the go. Before I left one of the guys showed me the old regulator and indeed the wiring was all chewed up in the motor. The fact they where happy to show me even though I hadn't asked again goes to show what an honest garage it is! Having moved to the area I'm happy to know there's a genuine garage that's very local to myself. Should I have any problems in the future I'll be returning without any doubt. Thanks again to the guys at Marlborough Service Station.

Business friend recommended. Went in at 10.30 as just passing; said they can do it now, even though garage very busy. It seems they could fit me in right away because they are very efficient handling all the work. All done in an hour, an honest pass; first time ever that nothing extra charged by a garage. Thank you to MSS, I was in London dropping my husband off when my car broke down, the AA recovered my car to them Sunday night ready for them to look at it monday. I can't thank them enough for looking at the car at short notice as I was stranded in london and desperate to get home to oxford. They worked on my car and I collected monday afternoon and unfortunately the issue re occured on the north circular driving home, they kindly offered for me to go back but I don't know london and was travelling with my daughter both scared so got recovered to a garage near home. my car is going to Ford now for further investigation as it may need a new engine, I have the broken parts that I can now give ford and ask why my engine has failed at 49000 miles. I cannot thank these guys enough, they are genuine kind people and very sympathetic to a Mum travelling with her daughter scared driving in London. hope you enjoyed the cupcakes and I will keep you posted on what Ford say thank you Debbie Ford

IN RESPONSE TO THIS CUSTOMER Joel Burman a week ago- Sent for an MOT, they lost one of the external car door key covers and have refused to replace it. Disrespectful and poor service. MARLBOROUGH SERVICE HAS RANG TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE THE DOOR HANDLE COVER REPLACED BUT HE HAS NOT BOTHERED TO CALL BACK , THE PLASTIC COVER WAS FOUND LATER THAT AFTERNOON IN THE CAR WASH AREA BUT IT SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN SCRATCHED A LITTLE SO A NEW ONE WAS ORDERED AND PAINTED AND IS NOW WAITING TO BE FITTED, ALSO NO MOT HAS BEEN RECORDED UNDER THIS NAME JUST A CAR WASH WAS DONE ON THAT DAY
