My first time here today. I had a first class experience as due to the repercussions of the Tube strike I was unable to get a cab so very kindly they did the service on my car while I waited.The price for the service was A LOT less than Mercedes dearliships wanted. All in all a very position experience and I WILL be back in the future.

After 6 months, several AA call outs and numerous trips to other garages, including going directly to Mercedes to try and fix the same reoccurring issue with my Mercedes E220 Estate (it wasn't automatically changing gears and was over revving past 3000 rpm) I finally discovered Merc Care and boy do I wish I had found these guys sooner!!! Mario was brilliant - he listened to me, took the time to understand the issue with the car, listen to the list of repairs and parts already replaced and most importantly he talked to me like a human being and didn't fob me off or trivialise my frustration because I am a woman like had happened to me at both BMerc in Barnet and Mercedes Benz in Beaconsfield. After hearing my account of what's been going on, what's already been repaired and replaced Merc Care ran diagnostics, looked past the faults that the car was reporting as they trusted me when I said these have already been dealt with and went further than surface level tests and diagnostics and they actually managed to get to the bottom of the issue with my car and fixed it. My car now runs like a dream. Not only did they fix the issue but they also cleaned my car! My car was also due a service and as my car hadn't previously been serviced at dealerships, Mercedes added on a whole load of extras that the car didn't need and quoted me over £1700 for the service whereas Merc Care looked at the car, checked exactly what the car needed as part of the service and serviced my car for a fraction of the price quoted. I now wouldn't take my Mercedes anywhere else and will happily recommend them to everyone and anyone that owns a Mercedes. Thank you Mario and the team at Merc Care.

Nothing but fantastic service. My Car had a oil leak and they fixed it right away, considering how busy they were they still made time for me. As far as I'm concerned as long as I own a merc, this is the place I will be going for all my automative needs.

Finding good mechanics is a nightmare, you will get ripped off a couple of time before you find an honest place and Merc Care is one of those places where everyone is honest and truthful, its not everyone i trust with my car but its thanks to these guys i still have hope that there's decent people out there. I was referred to Merc Care by another garage as the "specialist" who could address my problems with convertible roof which they did with honesty, knowledge of their product, experience and specialism in all things Mercedes... sadly the same could not be said for Mercedes (branch not named) who wanted £120 for a diagnostic check before they could start to consider what the problems might be... From the onset to speaking with their lovely front of house where you receive a warm welcome and informative support (as to whether they can assist) to attending their premises where I was greeted by their team Juan and Mario I knew my car was in safe hands... suffice to say they get my vote as the "specialist" within my region and hopefully yours if you are reading my review, regardless of which they are still worth a call when making decisions about who can you trust your car too without feeling "making money" comes before car care and excellent customer service... a business which continues to reflect their values and integrity post 1998 in a field which they remain passionate about to the present day... "be your own judge"!!
