Excellent Service and very knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to help and explain everything in detail. I had my car booked in for a service and warning light on the dash. The service was completed on the same day and they were able to update it on the Mercedes system which was fantastic. I normally go to Brentford but the prices I was quoted at Merk1 was half of what Brentford quoted me. Very nice young lad in reception who was very welcoming and the technicians were so great at explaining what fault I was having with my vehicle. Definitely will be back for my next service and any other issues I have with my car

Since taking on a CL500 6months ago, I was actively looking for a decent M-Benz independant (given the age and complexity of the car) and was fortunate enough to be referred to '1, Merk1, by chance, a few moments after speaking to an alternative specialist, regarding an ABC issue. From the outset I was greeted (by Merk1) professionally on the phone and given a likely dianosis and quote for my issue, which they were able to confirm on seeing the car later and then invoice the same quote amount again after completing the work which I found impressive given the initial quote was from a phone conversation, proving they know their field. The manager is friendly, responsible and profession, qualities that were reflected across every team member that I dealt with during my 3+ day contact with them! I am looking to book my car in for a service and minor MoT advisor work and feel confident that my vehicle will (again) be in good competent hands delivered at good value. I would strongly recommend them!!

I have used the services of these guys on numerous occasions, bodywork , mot and mechanical. Friendly helpful and thorough. The quality of work in my opinion is on par with main dealer, but without the price. I had my car repaired in the body shop recently and the result was outstanding. Independent Mercedes specialist and star partner to give merk customer peace of mind and assurance of being in safe and good hands. They do Mercedes repairs, service and MOT while body work shop is for all make. Happy and helping staff over the phone as well as in their office. Beverage and water available for customers. Toilet is on site too. Have used them for few times and never felt about pushing towards repairs. They always give a quotation first and then you got to choose what you d like to do. Proper job done at cheaper than Mercedes main dealers. Recommend to all merk owners.

The best team. Any time I've needed a service or had a problem with my car they are my go to. So much cheaper than Mercedes, punctual and professional. I would tell anyone who has a Merc that wants to save some money but not jeopardise the quality of work to go here. They've repaired my wing mirror, done my services, sorted out my glow plugs that went. Honestly the best.

Great customer service by Adam and a really good team of mercedes experienced mechanics. I had a service completed on my c220 w205. They also diagnosed other issues I enquired about, and replaced control arms front left and right. Car is running perfectly now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We have used this garage for servicing since 2015. They have always been very helpful and extremely professional. A few weeks ago I was stationary at a junction when an ambulance hit my rear end of car. I have never had an accident in 24 yrs of driving and obviously never claimed on insurance. The ambulance company took full responsibility and told me to get a quote. Merk 1 immediately emailed quote to me and insurers and then dealt with all the paperwork/payments. Took all the stress from me by directly dealing with insurers! We had an impending 3 week trip to the USA and time was short. Merk1 went above and beyond to accommodate us. We dropped our car of on Saturday 16th Feb 19 and we picked it up 15th March 19! They stored our repaired car in the garage for no charge. It had been cleaned also! They are great fellas with a great work ethic and totally customer focused! Dont hesitate to use these guys! Honest , hardworking people striving to deliver a first class service ! Excellent business !

There were few issues of parts delivery due to unforeseen circumstances by the parts supplier, but I was kept updated and was profusely apologised to.
