These guys are solid. We have used them for years for service Mots repairs etc. Trevor was the main man but I think his son has taken over now. Never had a problem. They have just relocated their garage from station road ( just off abbey road) to this new location.

Professional, quick, honest. My MOT expired, called them and they managed to fit me in within 1 hour on the same day, the test was all done in about half an hour while I was in a comfortable waiting room. Very happy with the service.

I have been a customer, for many years, at the old site and have just used the new garage for the first time. Yet again, superb service from Dave (and Tony) on 2 consecutive days. Great set-up, with a bodywork repairs centre right next door...extremely convenient! I cannot speak highly enough about MERTON AUTOTECHNICS and this must surely rate as the best garage around, in terms of service/value/expertise. Update: Went and got my rear brake pads replaced today, and Tony was professional as always. Due to family circumstances, Dave was not in today, so Tony was operating solo and managing it like a champ. Even though we moved much further away, we still go to Merton Autotechnics. Great service. Reliable, trustworthy, diligent, knowledgeable, excellent. Peace of mind. When we bought our first car we had some bad experiences with some OTHER mechanics in our area, both in deceitful business practices and in generally poor services standards. Dave, his partner and team are just great. After the past experiences we had with other services, I made sure to lay out some "tests" to gauge their level of service and honesty ~ not only did they never fail, they often exceeded expectations. That is incredibly rare. Pricing is always fair. Never over promised, but always delivered. Always upfront with great communication and even when their workload is ridiculously loaded, they go the extra mile to help out when we are in a difficult spot ~ for this we will be forever thankful. I can be a "difficult customer" at times and they always offer me patience and respect. Haven't seen the new premises yet, but I hear it's a bigger space and I have no doubt the same level of service will be carried over. We couldn't recommend them more. Thank you Merton Autotechnics.
