Yousef and his team replaced a mechatronic unit for my car. They went over and above to deal with an unforeseen warranty claim that arose, which meant them towing my car to VW and managing a longwinded admin process. They did the additional time work without additional charges and I’ve now got a fully repaired car. Would recommend to anyone for transmission-related work - good customer service, nice and trustworthy as well.

I had to have work done on a very noisy gearbox, they looked and quoted me 2 prices. When they investigated it was much more than the quote but they stuck by their original quote even though I had been quoted MUCH higher at other garages. They were honest, reliable and really efficient- I am sooooo impressed and Yousef put my mind at rest all along the way - highly, highly recommended.

Excellent professionalism and reasonable prices. Had my automatic gearbox changed. Yusef is honest and will give you an accurate diagnostic of your cars problem. They said car would be ready in 10 days and I was able to collect a day early just in time for Christmas. I've used this company twice and would highly recommend there services. Had the transmission on my BMW 320i fixed here a few months back which hasn’t had any issues since. You get a years warranty too for peace of mind if something was to happen which is good to know. Offering professionalism with really great prices. Even the garage itself is kept clean and tidy which I suppose somehow shows good workmanship & work ethic. I dealt specifically with Yousef and told him I’ll leave a review in a few months time only after seeing how the car performs lol so this is what I’m doing now, however I would also like to give credit to the mechanic that did the work on my car.

Friendly guys, took my car in on short notice for a diagnostic test today, they found an error code basically saying my auto gearbox was knackered and would need replacing... They gave me a quote to repair / replace and didn't even charge me the cost of the diagnostic test, which I definitely appreciated after the bad news. They advised me to buy a new car rather than get the work done, but if I do decide to get it fixed I'll definitely be going back to Mister Transmission.

Sorted my auto gearbox, and despite a few issues, Yusef went out of house way to make up for said problem. In my opinion, the mark of a good company is how they deal with problems when they arrive, and Mister Transmission did that superbly. They then went way beyond my expectations, for that, the issues can be overlooked. Highly recommended.

First review in my life! Yousef thanks for being honest, accurate with pricing and giving best price than everyone else! I have Audi Q5 and my gearbox went in to limb mode, 2 garages failed to find the fault, one of them charged me £500 for failing to fix it, silly law you have to pay to get your car back (another story)… waste of time and money till I got recommendation from friend to take my car to Mister Transmission. No delays on agreed time, took 5 days (other garage had car for 4 weeks and failed to repair) no additional surprises to the agreed cost, would give more stars if I could. Gearbox reconditioning was done about 3 months ago, no issues so far. Strongly recommended!

Yusef is an amazing owner, took my car there for diagnostics after an accident t, he was very honest and kept me informed. I had soo much damage to my car e.g. gearbox, radiators, coolant, main frame. He advised me this will cost me near £5000. I didn't go ahead with the repair and instead claimed through my insurance. He didn't charge me a penny for the diagnostics. What an AMAZING guy. I can't thank him enough. I would recommend this company to everyone

These guys replaced my Citroen C8 transmission. Not only did they give me the best price around but they also have excellent customer service and always answered my calls promptly. The transmission they installed is working perfectly. About 4 months after the install during an MOT some problems with the sub frame bolts was noticed. I took the car back to them and they rectified it at no charge. I highly recommend this garage.

I normally dont write reviews but I though I have to for this place, I went to Mister Transmission for my dual mass fly wheel through recommendation from my mechanic that I have used for over ten years , who actually rates Mister Transmission very highly , I am glad I went there Mr Yousef the owner was really helpful and very professional , took the car in and to my surprise they got it ready within three days, its a very big job so I thought it would take a week but no three days the car was ready , I was really happy with the job cannot thank enough those guys , I would say it is a friendly well organised professional place that I personally would use again , a definitely 5 star from me and highly recommended , one of the best garages in south east, Thank you Yousef , keep up the good work

I took the car for the inspection there through my insurance. They where very professional and the inside of their garage was clean and organised -always a good sign- I can’t give them more starts because they found nothing wrong in my car’s transmission! But I will recommend this place.

Fantastic!!! Excellant service all round. I took my BMW 530d there and they were really good. I broke down shortly after, but the response to me breaking down was unlike any other. They had the car recovered and back on the road in three days without any other charges involved. Very professional and the governor there is very pro-active. Definately recommend these anytime!!!

I used Mister Transmission when my Mercedes ML had quite a few problems. Not only did they sort out the problem with the solenoids but also replaced my brakelights (which I had really be meaning to do for a while!). They really are the experts in automatic transmission and can also carry out some general car mechanics. They went that extra mile to make sure I was happy (and safe!). Really friendly, reliable service and I never feel like I'm being 'conned' which as a woman is important! I highly recommend them.

My problem childs gearbox failed. Got it fixed at a very good price compared to other places plus gave me warranty. As driving away from garage after paying, the eml and glowplug light came on so they put on ramp and found the broken wire to which they took the blame and apologised before i could say anything. That is a very rare trait in business. Had to keep in for an extra day but due to the above the customer service was great.running smooth as new and also picked up my phone calls on every occasion. I went to this garage to get my wifes box checked, on her Citroen xsara picasso.After taking it out on an extended run I was told by a very friendly old boy that it was !@#$×÷! Not exactly what I wanted to hear but my point is, it was straight to the point, absolute honesty, no messing about.It was refreshing not to get the usual bull you get when they try to screw every penny out of you while wishing you a merry christmas.A really honest garage,who knew?That's why I would definately recomend them.Happy new year

Took my Vauxhall zafira there job done very good but car had a few issues didn’t realise it was only because of a plug which didn’t get plugged back in accidentally and a loose cap contacted and spoke with owner of garage yousuf who was very apologetic and was prepared to recover my vehicle and sort the issues as car was over heating as my husband sorted it himself yousuf asked to take car they tested the car and checked over my vehicle and had also offered me future help should be needed great owner honest and friendly would highly recommend this garage should you have worry’s always speak to owner he will make you feel relieved and a happy customer.. thanks yousuf for all your help appreciate it..
