I heard what I considered to be worrying noises coming from the brakes, the team investigated it and found some small wear and tear which is nothing of concern yet. Told me to keep an eye out and come back if it worsens. Best of all they wouldn't even take any money off me for their services. Very professional team, excellent service the garage offers! I will 100% be back in the future for whatever I may need doing on my car!!

Absolutely fantastic people here. Cos is the man. Friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They looked after my car properly. I had my catalytic converter stolen and these guys were able to sort it all out for me within no time at all. Highly recommended.

Firstly, Mr Cos took time and patience to talk through what he does to replace a catalytic converter, provide assurances on the quality of the work, and provide a fixed price. Meeting him in person, he and his team could not be more friendly - there is a determined attitude to resolve car issues. Not only did they replace the cat converter, but also welded up areas of the exhaust that needed attention. Also helped find a water leak. At the end of this, Mr Cos still charged the fixed price he quoted me on the phone and completed the work in the 2 hours that he set expectations for. Thank you Mr Cos and team. Recommended.

Have been using this garage for 5 years now, for repairs, service and MOT. Excellent bunch of people. Very reliable, friendly and competent. Their charges are a fraction of what you'll pay at the makers' garages. I have always received correct and honest advice from them. They are prepared to accommodate you in an emergency. Recently they recovered and looked after my vandalised car when I came to know of it while abroad, and rang them.

So brilliant. My car had recently had its coolant replaced by a well known garage but it fluid was leaking from the bonnet and the steering was very heavy. Modern Motors discovered that the coolant being replaced incorrectly led to the problems I had. Would not accept any money when the other garage accepted liability. Went out of their way to make sure I had all the info needed to pass on to other garage. Will def be going back if I need to!

Think this place is great, their work is good and their prices fair. Easy to deal with and trustworthy. I went here instead of a Volkswagen dealership ,for my Golf R, it was cheaper and the service was better.

Knowledgeable, expert repairs and servicing. A long term local garage that I've had full confidence with for a very long time. Practical, sensible, only suggesting works that need to be done, and fairly priced.

Stunningly good service just hours from closing for Xmas. They pulled out all the stops to diagnose a tricky electrical problem, personally go to collect a replacement part and give me my car back in time for the holidays.
