Been with them a while, because they are within easy walking distance. Have had the odd uncertainty, so not previously reviewed. Bit pricey, of course, but to be expected as costs are high round here. This is the first time I've had them collect; however, the car has been standing and the battery is flat. Apparently they do not provide offsite starting so I have to use the AA, which seems like the customer service equivalent of sending your apprentice to stores to fetch a "long weight".

Had a recall on our Golf so chose Monaco, simply on location. Most impressed with the level of service: helpful office staff and a car spotlessly cleaned inside and out which I thought was way above and beyond for what must have been a tiny job. Thank you Monaco.

Good communication and always send me a reminder for the MOT. Prices are on the high side but work is done well and very quickly. Always wrap up the work inside a day whenever I have needed it. I always keep a £1 coin in the ashtray for the supermarket trolley and this was taken... so points off for that... It's not about the coin of course it's about the trust !

Pro's are: Nice guys face to face, the work is OK. Cons are: Idiotic communication. They use a call center so if you call up this friendly local garage and ask for the rep you are dealing with, the call center put the call through to them......it rings and rings and then you leave a message with the call center who either don't pass it on, or Monaco ignore it. What is worse is that when i took the number of the website the number rung out. so I called again and again only to have the call answered by a furious local resident who was the owner of the number on Monaco's website and was sick and tired of getting hundreds of calls a day! West London VW are too far away for me so was initially please to find these guys. To be honest they really only did the basics and had to return the car with issues after works so ended up taking my car to CCK instead and have now had to drop the VW full service history as it wasn't good enough. They cant even do an in house MOT, so some guy pics it up and takes it away, so when you get you car back its done mileage. This could be such a good garage, but need a direct number and receptionist and get your reps to give their mobile numbers out....THAT is personal service.....not a call center.

Quick and honest service. Competitive pricing. Old school setting. Beats all the glass palaces on the sides of motorways treating you like a number. Would highly recommend!!!

I have just started using these guys and they have been really helpful and nothing is too much trouble, they squeezed me in when I had to rush and did a great service and mot, good price for a little garage in that area too! I'd highly recommend!
