My first visit to NDS and Nelson, Stella and the Team provided great service! They did an amazing job on my Saab 93 timing/balancer chain and programmed a new key fob too. Great value for money and car runs beautifully, so highly recommended!

Just had full service done there. Fair price and a few extras done too. Huge amount of knowledge from Nelson (ex SAAB technician, they used to take him over to Sweden for training weeks!) and a friendly family business. Recommended as a place to go to get your SAAB stabilized and all in order so running well and pre any mods you may with to get done. I'm booked in for 2 months time and will be using regularly to keep mine maintained.

I can only endorse what other reviewers have said. Friendly, honest, incredibly knowledgable and unrivalled expertise. All at very a reasonable cost and you won't be told you need work done unless it's necessary. On the contrary, Nelson replaced my turbocharger and repaired a few faults without charging. An absolute gem of a garage - I've driven Saabs all my adult life and just wish I'd found this place 30 years ago. Unreservedly recommended.

Had a service for my Saab at this garage. Wanted it checked by a Saab specialist and saw the glowing reviews which were bang on. Lovely little family owned garage and genuinely nice people. The service and advice was excellent and they offered good value. You know a good garage when they spend time talking to you about aspects of your car without pushing you into paying for further work. Completely trust and recommend NDS Engineering!

Had my 9-3 checked by NDS this week and they were very friendly and honest about the car. It needed an urgent repair to the suspension and they were able to fix it the same day AND do a wheel bearing they found whilst doing it, without charging me extra labour. They are absolutely brilliant and I would recommend anyone to take their Saab here. Thank you.

I cannot praise NDS Engineering too highly. Saab trained Nelson is encyclopaedic in his knowledge. I took my 2004 Saab 93 along, fearing £430+vat + labour for a new CIM module. Nelson stripped the module down and replaced the main beam switch with a good second hand switch for £100+vat. Job done in under 2 hours. A 200% recommendation. Brilliant!

Brilliant prompt, friendly and helpful service; a great family business that deserves all the business they get, especially when it comes to Saab servicing/repairs. So few specialists left that are this good! Had a CEL come on and some intermittent stalling - checked various issues myself and swapped in some new easy to replace parts without success. Just about managed to nurse the car to NDS, and within seconds of starting the car and driving, Nelson had figured the problem out (a loose hose, in an extremely tricky to spot location without lifting the car!). Fixed within 30 mins, also diagnosed an additional likely issue I'd not spotted and advised of a best value DIY fix. Exceptional service, hope to continue using NDS as long as possible to keep my Saab tip-top.

A very friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick service and decent price. Quickly identified problem, creative solution for extra work with A/C, and full 10k miles car service to perfection. Highly recommended.

I gave my vehicle in as it had an issue with the gearbox. I spoke to Nelson on the phone briefly and he immediately knew what the problem was. I gave my car in for repair and he has done a brilliant job where other garages were claiming all sorts and clueless to be frank. The price he quoted was very reasonable and all I can say is I am delighted with the repairs as for some unknown reason two other problems were rectified in the process. If you need someone with a wealth of knowledge and honest then look no further. I will definitely be returning so a big thanks Nelson look forward to seeing you again in the near future!!

Great great service. +10 for them for not being a garage that robs you blind and takes advantage of your ignorance. I very much like how they show you exactly–if they can–what is up and why it needs fixing, why it costs that much etc. I appreciate that and therefor will keep going back so that’s how they earn their money. I don’t know if these other Saab places actually retain their customers; horrible sales people everywhere get right on my nerves. This is a family led business. Very down to earth and friendly and you know where you stand. Very good, did a good job with the car too.

Nelson And Stella are superstars . They sorted out the Saab 9 3 convertible made it look good as new putting my mind at rest . The cost was very good . I was blown away by the 5 star service. I called first and after a couple of minutes explaining the issue he (Carl) said just come in and i'll have a look. On the spot they adressed the issue and offered the cheapest option and even helped me with other details i was concerned about re my car. Best and honest pair of mechanics ever met. Nelson is a top chap, very knowledgeable, and will take the time to explain what needs doing (and what doesn't) and to quote a honest price for work that does need doing. In my case, total work estimated by a Saab dealer for my 2008 9-3 at nearly £1k ended up around £100 with NDS!

Honest experts. My poor Saab had serious troubles. My local garage struggled to diagnose the issue. I put it with NDS for a few hours and they found the problem straight away. The car needed some deep heart surgery to bring her back to life and the team at NDS did it with professionalism and fair cost. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
