Had a very good service from zal , my car was written off in the end but she kept me updated every step of the way. 10/10. Best service I’ve had in my life. Even better than my insurance provider . I’d recommend this company highly !

My car was taken for an insured repair of a tiny scratch which was barely even visible. The car has now been returned with a much bigger scratch at a different place. When told that this scratch wasn't there, they said it was and photos will be sent which I have yet to receive. The company has now fixed the scratch.

Just had an insurance claim job completed by Newbridge…All the staff are super friendly, the finish of the work carried out is top class!! My van looks brand new.. Great team, awesome quality of work… Only place I will take my vehicles from now on…

Got very scared by the reviews. Sent here by a third party's insurance, BUT..........they came to collect the car, great (Even had jokes first thing in the morning), kept me updated and despite the brusque-sounding receptionists (I think there's 2) , she and the rest of the staff are truly lovely! Went above and beyond to get me my car back, Work was great! It's a busy workshop, but my time estimate was bang on! Thanks so much! It's not always the Garage's fault, some of the blame in my case, was with the insurance company and a lot of miscommunication. Anyway, the workmanship is great!

I was fully prepared to give Newbridge top marks for work done but up until now, I am waiting for a follow up phone call for additional work required, but no call received. I received my follow up call and I am very happy with the additional work now completed and have updated my review to 5 stars. I would very much recommend Newbride Accident Repair Centre as the 1st place you should go to for 1st class repairs.

Took my van in for repair to Newbridge recently to have the door replaced after a accident. Was met by the director who explained exactly what needed doing. Caroline sorted a quote immediately and my van booked in two days later, being Red it can sometimes be hard to get a exact match but the match is bang on. They also fitted my old security lock to the new door. I returned two days later to have the sign writing added which is spot on. Can’t fault these guys in anyway, they are all extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. Do exactly as it says on the tin. Thanks for everything. Betts Roofing. High 5 guys. Was directed to Newbridge by my insurance company and was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, efficiency and professionalism of the staff. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair throughout the process and the courtesy car was a great little smart runabout. Can't fault these guys.

The team at Newbridge installed a rear spoiler to my VW T6 van. The team colour matched my van to spray the spoiler the correct colour. The work was completed to a high standard and at a good price. The customer service was excellent.

Just received my car back from Newbridge where I had bodywork and alloy repairs I must say I am over the moon with the work, I had the repairs done with a view to sell the vehicle, but it has come back looking brand new that I have decided not to sell it. Can not fault the professionalism and service I received. Would highly recommend them

Wish I knew all of there names but the Boss, and the whole team were excellent including the receptionist, I’d highly recommend newbridge for your car repairs and nowhere else, prices are good, they look after you very well also, not a single complaint. Would give 10 stars if it were an option
