Found North One Motors after googling for a MOT and service. They were the closest to me centrally and also the cheapest so wasn't expecting much. Dropped off in the morning, service done and new wiper blades put on ready for the afternoon.

Once again, A big thank you to North One services, This is my second visit to them now, This was for a Service, Ben and the team as usual gave a me excellent care and attention with all my requests and concerns all repairs and costs were explained clearly and any concerns addressed promptly. Due to current situations i was not able to collect my car and they were kind enough to arrange a delivery for me too. Ben, many thanks for all the help and advice. I cannot recommend North One service enough for customer care and quality they aim to provided. Great team pleasure to do business with.

The customer service, quality of labour and value for money is unrivalled at this garage. I have been using North One for almost 3 years now and they have never let me down. Following a recent new vehicle purchase, Ben, Marcus and the rest of the team gave the car a full check up for me so that I could be confident that the car was in good shape. Services, MOTs and repairs on the old vehicle were always carried out to the highest of standards and in a timely manner, even offering to pick up and deliver the motor. I will be coming back to these guys for years to come.

I've gone to North One for the past two years now for service/oil change and MOT. They have a pick up and delivery service which is extremely useful. They always do a great job with the servicing and provide the best options for any repairs with value for money compared to other places I've used. I always recommend them to anyone who asks me about a good garage. The customer service is also excellent, would like to give a shout out to Ben for keeping me informed throughout the time my car was with them and explaining everything clearly. Also Marcus for helping me with enquiries.

Had to change garage due to moving house and the previous garage was to far, always very wary on going to a new garage, did my research and booked my evoque in with Ben at North One for a service and MOT.
Ben was very helpful, followed up with questions I had and was totally transparent in what was going to happen and that if something needed repairing we would talk over the cost before any work would happen (nothing needed doing).
The whole thing ran like clock work, just up front and transparent. Will be using North One moving forward, and have recommended NO to my neighbours.

I have been looking for a local repair center and came across North One Service, From my initial call with Marcus ( who was very helpful and polite) I meet Ben when actually taking my car to their premises for inspection of the required work, He was very polite, friendly and helpful, When the work was completed, He was also even able to arrange the delivery of my car, When i may of had issues collecting the same day. Absolutely Fantastic!
I am not one to leave reviews, however I feel I must take the time to tell people how fantastic Kris, Marcus and their teams have been.
I purchased a new car on Saturday this week from a dealership in Preston ready to head off , I drove the car back to London with a big smile on my face until I was about 5 minutes from home. The transfer box had gone and I was absolutely distraught! Least of all that I had just bought a car that doesn't work, but also that I wouldn't be able to go on my family holiday in 5 days.
The AA came and dropped the car to me on Sunday, however there were no garages open, so I spent all Monday morning calling garages to try and find someone who could hep me. Not one was either willing to fit me in or had the skills in order to complete the job due to the car being a Landrover Defender and a warranty repair.
Then I spoke with a lovely lady at North One Service who listened to my circumstances and didn't hesitate to get straight onto assisting me, within 24 hours Marcus and his team had found the fault and ordered the new parts. Meanwhile Kris had spoken with the dealership to organise payment all whilst their internet was down so having to use his personal phone to ensure the job got done on time. Thanks to them I am getting my new car back to start fresh in time to head off on holiday. They even washed it!
I cannot recommend this great team enough and will be telling everyone and any one I meet to use North One Service.

Outstanding service from Ben and Kris. My car, which had an alternator fault, was deposited at North One by the RAC. The RAC had also damaged my car's transmission during towing. North One fixed the alternator issue quickly, and they (particularly Ben), were very helpful and kept me regularly updated. They were also instrumental in getting RAC to accept responsibility for the transmission damage, for which RAC would not accept liability for over a week. I cannot thank Kris, Ben, and the team enough for their help and professionalism. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

My car broke down and I had to take it into North One Service Centre, I felt very stress about this as I needed to travel to Kent the next day and it seem that this would be impossible as I was told that i needed a new alternator. John and Amanda were amazing. John reassured me that I would have my car back that very day. John sourced an alternator and had the team fitted the same day. I was able to collect my car that very night. I would like to praise the staff at North One Service Centre for all their hard work and efforts in delivering what they had indeed promised. Very helpful. Called them up and advised them of my issue. They told me when to come and booked me in. I dropped the car in and they were very efficient and told me exactly what I needed to fix the problem. They didn't have the part, but that's understandable given that they cannot stock every known part.
I picked it up the next day, washed and vacuumed of which was a nice touch.
Marcus was very polite and helpful. I will be using them from now on as they are very local to me.
I cannot believe some of the reviews I've read on these guys, as they were very helpful and showed me video footage and pictures to explain my cars problem.

I work for a prestige car dealer in North Yorkshire and we sold a vehicle to a customer with a minor fault. After trying desperately to communicate with a Land Rover dealer that is actually located closer to our mutual customer, I had to source an alternative and came across North One... So far I have been remarkably impressed; I have been dealing with Amanda, of whom my first contact was to send her a quotation from another Land Rover dealer to see if they could carry out the repair required and at the same cost, and she came back with 'yes, within a few days' and quoted me £283 LESS! That also included the painting of some components required that the other dealer had overlooked! 100% impressed so far, the customer has been booked in swiftly and they have offered him their collection and delivery service - an absolute 10/10 from me!!!!

Reading the reviews they were difficult to get a hold of at times I agree, but I could clearly see they are busy. I tried a few other dealers and they were fully booked until late April 2016 which is crazy. It's clear that North One are also busy trying to deal with the delays of other dealers. Despite all this, they looked after me well and I would definitely use them again for my Land Rover repairs. I am never one to believe negative reviews on businesses, as I have seen that many people can be economical with the truth. It's always good to try it yourself first and form your own opinion.

They recently changed my brake pads. No problems experienced. Their customer service was very good & professional. They dropped off courtesy car on time & picked up my car. All went smoothly. I will definitely use them again & I'm surprised at the negative reviews. But only time will tell whether they continue to live up to my expectations.

I was dubious due to reviews, had a chat with the manager who was great and talked me through the queries I’d raised, put my mind at rest.
They were great and fixed my BMW, no issues after the repair and have rebooked for further work they showed me via video VHC. They were thorough.
It’s the same with any business, you can’t necessarily take people’s word for it. Try it, I did and I’ve now found a really good garage I trust.

I can't speak for the other reviewers here, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with North One. No business is perfect in my book and sometimes can have a member or members of staff that don't help a business. They've looked after my car for some time and have been very helpful and friendly and are a family business. They are local and being that they are small and compete against the bigger dealers groups, I think it is important to support them. I'll keep using them.

Simple to communicate with, efficient etc etc. Can't see why you'd go to any other Land Rover service centre in North London. Life savers. The car broke down and had a serious costly issue. They helped me out with a company called Payment Assist to allow me to spread my payments over 3 months. My car is my job, so they literally saved my life. Will definitely use them again.

I don't know how this company doesn't have higher Google reviews. Amazing experience. Tried calling mercedes benz to fix my wing mirror and the telephone and booking service was awful so gave up and called these guys instead. They got the part and then picked up and dropped off the same day. Reception staff are highly organised and no faffing around.

Have used N1 several times over the last couple of years - for routine servicing/MOT and for repair work. I've always been treated with professionalisim and respect, particular by Jayden Hall (Service Advisor). They have been very busy at times, but I've always been dealt with in a timely manner. I've always asked for quotations prior to work being undertaken and always been able to have sensible discussions about what work is required, and what work is advised. It's no problem to refuse the advisory work when I don't agree.
I felt the need to write this review because of all the low ratings; I'm not associated with N1 other than as a customer!

Held my breath because of the other reviews here but very good service on the past two occasions I've used this company (September and October 2016). Used their collection & delivery facility both times. Both service advisors kept me updated by phone and email. Compared to Lookers in west London they are a breath of fresh air - they actually answer emails!

I had a service done by them and they were great.
I also had a mirror knocked off by vandals repaired by them within 24 hours. This cost £250 at North One where as Grange Barnet quoted £570!!
