M. R.So I have been a company car user for 15 years and not had to deal with garages for that time. I brought a used pruis for run around and was due its MOT.
I booked it and dropped off the car Adrian took me to the office and did the formally.
Car failed MOT. I walked back to talk about the repairs and what to approve. To save me time and before knowing what I would approve it ordered all the parts. Once approved he got one of his guys to get the car ready to just install the new parts.
Car was ready for collection by 2pm. Thus garage is so professional and great customer service. I have a VW Touran due its MOT in 2 weeks time. Guess where I am taking it. Well done team OMD Autos. You made my trip there painless and easy.

I. R.Went in for Electrical Fault on the car. They Diagnosed the fault and said it was ABS Pump + Need a new battery. I have my doubts though as car just passed its MOT a week ago and the battery is brand new. Breakdown cover said to me that morning the battery was fine just needed charging
Everytime I ask a question they would speak to each other in another Language (I think Armenian) before giving me an Awnser. When I asked for fault codes they were reluctant to give them, like say they were trying to hide something. They were acting funny towards the end so I paid and left they only showed me 1 of the fault codes I'm pretty sure there were more but I had work and couldnt be asked to argue.
Edit: Upgraded the to 3 Star as a later found out they were telling the truth about the faults
j. m.Mike was absolutely brilliant. Checked my car out within no time and was basically able to diagnose the issue without checking it. Then once it was checked, his educational guess was right.
He was very honest about the costs of fixing the car to which we agreed I would sell it as it wasn't worth fixing. He was just really genuine, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back once I get my new car.

D. J.Fantastic garage! A****** Obviously going into any garage as a female is daunting as I have no ideas about cars or what is wrong. I went in with my 10 plate Astra and the service was like nothing experienced at any other garage I have been at. I was given regular updates, a free check on fluids etc and even offered a lift to the train station which is goes beyond anything I have ever experienced. These little extras go a long way. Also my car was serviced and some other work done for a very reasonable price which left me wondering where has OMD Autos been all my life. J. H.A great, professional, very polite service, with such affordable prices. They have done my MOT (about two months ago) and didn't even charged for extra work. Today I have returned for oil change, and again - the gentleman who was assisting us (Daniel?) was so patient, polite, and charged absolute minimum for the work he's done. For extra bits did not charge at all. This is a place that makes me feel comfortable as a car owner, as I know that no matter what, they would help, without taking any advantage of overpricing their services, or not doing the best they can.
They are simply great.
