M. A.I had a quote for clutch replacement that was nearly half the price I paid for the car and 3 days from another garage which made me consider retiring it. I called P and A Mars for a quote and they got back to me within 10 minutes with a reasonable price, a third of what I had been quoted from the other garage. After looking at my options including another quote, I went for P and A Mars. The second person I spoke to was Robert and he knew about my quote and was able to book me in quickly. Robert was able to check and identify the fault straight away and was friendly and professional. I got the car back super fast the next day with a 1 year guarantee for the clutch and a little air on a tyre that was looking a little deflated. This is not the nearest garage to me but I will be bringing it back here for my service and MOT. Thank you; excellent service, friendly and efficient.

l. P.Reasonable price I thought, for refitting various bits of suspension. Very busy garage. Good service though. Someone always actually picked up the phone to advise what's happening. All round pretty good experience. No idea on quality of work but after 1 week no issues.
I. B.Robert is a gent and him and his team have always been honest and fair with me. They did some bodywork and respraying which made my 15 year old car look nearly new after previous owner left it in sub par condition. I then had an issue with my battery and they came inside 30 minutes to isle of dogs to get it sorted and help me get it over to the garage for its MOT. Trustworthy garage and good people.
L. G.First review I've ever left on Google but this felt v pertinent. Absolutely incredible service. My mini overheated on the roadside and I had it towed to my local garage who told me it was going to be £1k of work, second opinion couldn't even identify the problem... I took a gamble and got it towed here based on great reviews and a positive can-do attitude on the phone. Robert fixed the car in 30 mins (identified that radiators needed bleeding) and charged me £30. Drove the car out of the garage feeling happy and releived. Added bonus: he talked me through all the test he was running as he did it, so i'll have a better idea of what i'm doing next time. Top experience. Education gained. Car fixed on the spot. Straight talking, honest approach.
A. A.Took my BMW as it was losing power and juddering. 2hrs later I had my car back and it felt brand new. Their prices were very reasonable compared to the previous garage I took it to, who tried charging me £75 just for a diagnosis. Robert and his staffs were very helpful and not only was my car sorted, he reminded me that my MOT was due soon. I would have actually forgot without the reminder. P AND A Mars aslo do body work, needless to say I'll definitely be back soon.

S. D.Rob is a complete diamond. We've been using this garage for family vehicles for decades now and he has never once let us down in any way.
Unfortunately Cross Rail are now increasing rental costs because they want all these businesses in the arches out so they can sell on to massive corporate businesses to make more money! A small quality business like this will be gone if they get there way and we'll end up using overpriced robot like garages who don't care about the customers or the vehicles...I really hope that doesn't happen after the decades Rob and his team have been keeping East Londoners safe on the road!
My Father in Law Pierre wouldnt take his car anywhere other than here due to the honesty you get from Rob. He will do everything he can to keep cost down for you and wont mess about adding things to do that sont need doing like most garages.
I recommend this place highly to work colleagues and friends etc especially women because he is such a gent he will do anything he can to get you back on the road as quickly but safely as he can while being hilariously funny and always happy to see his customers arrive!
M. S.Rob did a great job on my front passenger door and window. It was a difficult job because of the wiring but my window works perfectly now and the door locks! I'd recommend Pa Mars Motors as he is very honest and takes his time to do a great job.

l. p.Took my car to the MOT centre next door to P&A Mars Motor Ltd, and they failed my car because of a seatbelt and other things. They asked me £250 just to change one seat belt. The very same day I met Robert in P&A Mars Motor Ltd and my car passed with only a problem in the headlights in which he promptly corrected it.
Now I can say I have a proper garage to take my car in London.
