Really outstanding team. I had my steering wheel stolen and driver side window smashed. Pauls were contacted by my insurance company and from that point onwards I was in good hands. Great communications from front desk team, and repair was done super promptly and then delivered to my door. If i could give a 6th star i would.

Pauls Auto Repairs was recommended to me by my insurance company after I was involved in a car accident. My rear bumper was badly damaged as well as a huge dent in the boot. I read the reviews online and trusted they would do a good job; when my car was returned to me I was so pleased. As my car has a niche colour, I was worried about there being a colour variance, but this was not the case at all. My car looks brand new, they did a brilliant job and returned the car to me in excellent condition (sparkling clean inside and out!). A lot of my friends and family also commented on how amazing the repair looked and you would never know there was any damage at all! Not only this, they kept in touch with me regularly, and also provided a loan vehicle. Less than a week after they had taken it away, it was returned to me, so they didn't waste any time. I cannot recommend them enough and am grateful for their service. It is so nice to know of a reputable and professional repair garage and I have been telling everyone I know about them. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to the whole team! :)

I have been using this garage for over a decade having been recommended by a colleague who would travel far to attend. I now live 100 miles away but will still choose them when I can. Today for example they solved an issue at no cost that the previous day had made my car unusable . I turned up unannounced and desperate to keep the engine as it has started for the first time. In contrast the main dealership couldn't fit me in all week anywhere and wouldn't have even looked into it for less than 60 pounds

My 2018 Vauxhall Astra was involed in a hit an run at the end of May, my insurance company arranged for my car to be collected and drop off at Paul's. First impression was exclect, from the garage and staff, clean, busy and very poilte. They looked after me and my car while reassring me that i'm in good hands, they provide me with a courtesy vehicle, which was Huyndai i 10, very economicial. I visted Paul's to retrive my dash cam and straight away they showed me around my car and the progress, so frindly. I personaly highly recommended using Paul's for any bodywork or mechaical repairs. My car came back to me better then new (my personal opinion). A big thank you to all the staff at Paul's garage for an exclect job and customer satisfaction 10/10, i'll 100% using them in the future. Upon arrival George the owner greeted me which is a plus on running a business always make your customer at ease make them feel comfortable with the place. A very soft spoken guy and always wears a good smile in his face makes you really feel that this is the place ur looking for. Because at first I was so hesitant to do my works in the garage coz i prefer it on honda since my CRV is a 3yrs old car but then it didn't go well with the negotiation with my Insurer in Honda so I went to Pauls Auto Repair because of the good reviews and my Insurer also recommended along with the 2 garages that has been sent to me to pick and it's not really far from my place. The moment they started fixing the car is the day they also sent me the courtesy car which is by the way a big plus to the garage. Time is of the essence is their motto in return for their valued customers and also giving them a peace of mind while they are away with their vehicles. If they give you dates or time it is always spot on and expect it to happen. It took them about 3weeks to fixed the car and when I went to pick it up I was so delighted and astounded to what they've done to my car it looked brand new and 100% quality given to the people working, no short cuts pure heart and soul given. To the people working in the garage I recommend you for the job well done and to the owner George Haddad for looking after my car keep up the good work. Highly Recommended!!

Grateful for all their help fixed up my vehicle Several times last couple of months very well they did alloy wheel refurb, paint job and fixed loads of broken or worn out stuff all at reasonable prices will definitely come back when in need thanks George, Paul, Paula and the mechanics etcs. Pauls Auto Repairs is the bestest. All you see in this garage are lots of expensive cars. I took in my Tesla three times for one major and two minor dents. The repair work was absolutely brilliant. Had I taken it to Tesla garage, I would probably have had to take out a mortgage. George the big boss is a great guy. The whole team looks after your car as if it is their own. I would recommend this garage for super body work.
