P. N.So happy I found this garage. Friendly, efficient and really reasonable prices. John was lovely and when a small issue they had fixed happened again a month later they fixed it straight away for no charge.

In all that time, John and the rest of the team have been utterly trustworthy, fair and transparent with their pricing. This can't be underestimated, as it's not that easy to find luxury car servicing places which won't try a bit of inflated over-pricing. Great quality, reliable work done at a good price. I can't recommend Peter Norris enough.

I took my car here as my eml light came on, these guys looked at it but couldn't find the fault so they turned it off for me and didnt a charge me anything for their time investigating. E. W.I have had the most brilliant experience at the Peter Norris garage today and would like to say a massive thank you to John in particular. As a young woman I can find taking my car to garages slightly intimidating, with not everyone being welcoming and I am always concerned that I'm going to get ripped off. After an engine light came on on my car I took myself to Kwikfit to get a quick diagnosis in order to get a rough understanding on how much it would cost. I came away with a quote for over £100 and a diagnostic code leaving me with a fair idea that I knew what the issue was. On a recommendation from my sister in law I took myself to Peter Norris explaining the issue and left the car with John. John and his staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which left me feeling confident leaving the car with them. Within fifteen minutes I had the diagnosis, which was not the fault originally diagnosed with Kwikfit! They fixed my car for a fraction of the price and had it all completed really quickly. I am honestly so impressed, and for someone who finds taking her car to the garage really stressful, I can honestly say that it made it all a really pleasant experience. Peter Norris will absolutely be seeing me again. Thank you!

He was exceptionally understanding, hard working and always available. He went above and beyond to make his schedule work with ours. He also financially recognised that the cost may be a struggle for us and did his best to avoid as much cost as possible. Couldn't recommend this garage and John especially enough.

They were able to get me a slot within a couple of days and I was able to drop my car off at 8am before work which was very convenient. I was called just after midday and told that the job was completed (pass!) and that the car was ready for collection. N. P.If you have a vw, this is the place to go. They move heaven and earth to help you. They are open and above anything, honest. Whereas most garages try to squeeze cash out of you, these try to save you money. Highly recommended
