We’ve been using the garage for the last couple of years to get the yearly MOT done and fix any issues we’ve had with the car. The team are all really friendly and I’ve found them to be very reasonable price wise. They’re very good and very easy to deal with and I’d definitely recommend them if you live locally.

Being a young women finding a honest garage hasn’t been easy. I have finally found one!! Got my MOT and full service and a couple of other work done to my BMW 1 Series they are honest and efficient and great at communicating with customers. Would highly recommend!!!

I came to see this honest mechanics today, what an amazing place to go if you want honest and real advise with your vehicle, they sorted out the engine management light for me on my fiat which actually luckily in my case turned out to be a sensor which was coming on unexpectedly, i will be recommending everyone to this place! Really felt welcomed too in the nicely decorated customer waiting space - Samantha.

This was the first time I used this garage and was really really happy with their service. I had an issue with my cat converter on my mitsubishi which they sorted out very quickly and at a honest price. They first explained the issue and then gave me options. They were very professional and I am glad I've found a garage I can trust.

Professional and amazing service. Car was making a funny sound on the near side front tyre. Mayan at protech was very quick at identifying what the problem was. My brake pads needed changing and he was able to give me a very good price. Service was amazing and he even took the car out once the pads had been replaced to ensure that the sound was gone. I felt well taken care of by Mayan and the team at protech and I would definitely recommend using them

I used ProTech to complete a B7 service on my car this week. I was provided with an upfront breakdown of the quotation (without asking), Mayan was clear with communications re when parts would be delivered, when to bring car in. They carried out the actual service within timescales provided and additional advice on future issues likely to happen, I.e. suspension and tyres. Mayan provided info on what this was, result of wear and tear and options/solutions. No pressure whatsoever to complete works now or with them. Appreciated the polite and friendly service. The premises are also very clean (George Lane). I would highly recommend Mayan and team (Patel was the engineer/mechanic who carried out actual works) to anyone looking for a major service for their car.

Really great garage. Had some problems with my car, they checked it and repaired it and then checked extra things to make sure it was fully safe. I’ve been using this garage for years. They’ve never let me down. They know how to look after regular clients, I do all my MOTs and services here and repairs/tyres. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have a really quick turnaround and the best customer service I’ve ever received from a garage. I really recommend them to anyone who needs any support with their car. Complicated electrical issue that required a thorough and structured cause analysis starting with diagnostics report. Protec kept me updated all the way through with clear explanations on progress and expected timeframes of parts delivery and labour. Mayan was friendly, professional and honest. He fixed the oil leak on my wife's Mercedes after quickly diagnosing the issue. The cost was very reasonable and I ended up fixing a few other issues while the car was in as I could see the garage was competent. Judging by the variety of cars in the garage ranging from average to high performance, it's clear other owners trust the work undertaken here.i would 100% recommend based on my personal experience compared to my dealings with other garages. Transparency, polite, quick turnaround and reasonable prices.

Mayan and the team done a fantastic job on my car. They were very professional and knew exactly what to check for my oil leak. The work was done in a timely manner. The garage is very nice and clean too, with a nice waiting area for customers. The location is great as you have the high street nearby so you can go for a walk if you wanted. As a female, Mayan and his team made me feel very comfortable and I would happily go back to this garage. Infact, this will be garage I will only attend now for any works/MOT/service etc on my car. It has been the best garage I have been to so far to date. So if you are hesitant, don't be. The prices are fair and the job gets done in a timely manner to perfection. Very trustworthy garage. I had previously been to another garage regarding an issue with my brake and had it replaced multiple times with the same issue consistently appearing. Being concerned with the sound before a long road trip I visited Mayan and his team at ProTech to see if they could help me. The team worked efficiently to not only resolve the issue but kept me updated with what was happening throughout the process so that I was aware. They also alerted me that there was another issue with my wheel knowing that I had a long drive ahead of me. I could not recommend them enough!
