Russell automotive is the best garage in North London. They've worked on several of my performance cars in the past , and they always do a great job. Service is prompt and professional, and the price is fair and completely transparent. Special shout out to Sunil, Sudesh, Damian, and John for always squeezing me in last minute.

I visited yesterday (06/01/2022) first time Russell Automotive Centre for my SEAT ATECA LED headlight coding problem and I must say that this was my best garage experience ever and they fixed the LED very quick with very reasonable price, they also adjusted the headlight with no extra cost. So glad I popped in to Russell Automotive earlier today. I had been thinking about a Revo upgrade for my Golf R for some time, and the guys were so friendly, helpful and honest, talking me through all the options (while listening to what I ultimately wanted) - they really know their stuff! Anyway, after opting for a Stage 1 they managed to squeeze me in right away and wow, what a difference! What a great setup - a five star experience for me, and many thanks guys!

What a fantastic garage! I used them for the first time to diagnose an air suspension problem on my Audi. I got a call back within a few hours with an assessment and price. They communicated really well and did an excellent job. Car all sorted now. Had them do an MOT as well. I would absolutely recommend them - very professional and they get the job done quickly with no fuss!

I have booked my Audi A4 2016 car for a full health check (1 hour). The car was booked for 10AM and when arriving there, the service advisor indicated that I am the last client drooping the car and even though it was booked for 1 hour of labor time from 10AM, I was asked if I can leave the car overnight to be checked. Of course my answer was NO. When collecting the car I could easily recognize that they did not done a proper health check of the car, I assume they only done a quick visual inspection because they only identified the tires and break pads, some rust near suspension but did not lifted the engine cover and see the sings of oil leak around one injector. I am now looking to find a different Audi specialized service garage that can do my major service works on the car.

Well where do I start? These guys where fantastic from start to finish! I went stage 1 fews years back on my (golf r) and today I picked my car up with stage 2, (revo) fully loaded. The customer service is second to none. I've always dealt with sunil, such a friendly guy and very helpful. Keep the good work up guys! Merry Christmas

Great garage. Very professional. Excellent customer service. Very good communication. They kept me updated and told me what needs to be done before carrying out any work. Had a major issue with my mk5 gti engine and other bits but they manage to restore my vehicle as if its brand new. Took a while to find a trusted garage who won't mess around and over charge. My car feels brand new they even gave it a good clean. The car pulls Excellent with no issues. Honestly I'm so happy and pleased with the service. I feel so trusted that team knows the ins and outs of my car. The fact that Sunil has the same vehicle as mine is bonus. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Hopefully next time I come i will get some mods done and other bits hopefully by then send the car to the moon lol. Major thank you to Sunil and the team. 10/10

Very friendly, and ultra efficient. I used them because Audi had no availability for 6 weeks and I had brake issues which could have wrecked my ABS Pump if left unsorted. Now I've found them they will be my first port of call for all future work. Further to my previous experience, I took my car back to them today for front brake pads and probable discs as well as I had been advised by an Audi Main Dealer in Sydenham that they were near the end of their life and would need replacing around December when the MOT was due. Russell Automotive discovered that in fact the Pads are less than 40% worn and that the discs will last the life of the pads. They saved me hundreds of pounds and only charged me £28 for the inspection.

Found these guys by chance after spotting a colleagues car, told me the work done it and services offered. Just used them for the first time for a Revo stage 1 map and cant recommend them enough. Very knowledgable on the GTI platform and quality of work is 10/10. Would have no issues using them again for future work. Special mention to Sunil for taking care of me throughout the process. I used RAC for the first time for a full service and MOT on my Audi A6 and I have to say the service received from them was fantastic, professional and friendly. Sunil kept me updated on the status regularly with good updates and recommendations on what work needed to be done on the car. Its refreshing to come to a garage where the team genuinely give the best advice to customers instead of doing repairs/work that are not actually needed or essential just for the sake of adding cost to the service. The courtesy car provided whilst my car was with them was great too. After having lost confidence and having concerns about the quality of work done by the previous "specialist" garage I used to take my car to, RAC have restored my confidence and I will now be taking my car to them going forwards.

Took my Audi A3 for a service & MOT. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Workmanship is very good. Sudesh helped me with my warranty claims by dealing with them directly which was hugely time saving. They even sent a driver to pick me up when the car was ready. Been here 3 times and each time the level of service has been spot on. I take pride in my GTI so finding a genuine garage who know what there doing is hard but these guys make it easy. I stumbled upon Russell Automotive Centre & Garage Express, through a google search and boy did I hit the Jackpot!! I was extremely anxious. I had a damaged fuel pipe which potentially could require major repairs. RAC exceeded my expectations in their quality, the range of service given, the pricing and their integrity. Have used these guys for a couple of years now. Good alternative to main dealer. They have had my RS4 a couple of times and worked on my S5 & S3 previously. The service is good and they are good guys in there. They know their way around the RS4 and picked up on a couple of ticking time bombs which has saved me in the long run. They are also AA approved if you have breakdown repair cover. They just did my starter motor and relay under the AA cover which can be an engine out job if you don’t know what your doing with these RS4s. They are not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for and still cheaper than main dealer with all the right tech for Audi. Highly recommend. Thanks Sunil!!

The guys diagnosed my steering issue where no other garage could. My car was pulling left and multiple garages charged me for an alignment and sent me on my way. Paul and the team happily saw me for 3 weekends consecutively (at my convenience) until the finally found the issue and the car now drives like new.
