I received a really good service today from Sams Autos. It was very good value for money and the communication throughout the day was clear. They explained everything in detail that they had done to my car and all repairs were completed within the day. Would highly recommend and I will be sure to be back again.

I called up at short notice after looking for an urgent MOT after I had been let down by Kwikfit. Sam was extremely helpful and fit me in that afternoon. My MOT was done within an hour and I was so pleased with the customer service. I even had some trouble finding the garage entrance and I was given so much help finding it. My experience with Sams Autos was extremely positive from the beginning. They were able to fit in my car for repairs within a couple of days of inquiring. All the repairs (boot mechanism, door handle and wing mirror button) were completed within 24 hours with no issues. Extremely good value and excellent customer service!

Sam Autos is the Best place to fix your car.He sorted out overheating issues on one of my cars within 4 hours while my other car is still waiting at another incompetent mechanic shop.I can't just wait to bring my Other car to Sam Autos to fix for me.

Having woken up on a Saturday morning with plans to head out to the country, we were distraught to find one of the tyres on our car slashed. Luckily we googled a mechanic and found Sam's Autos just around the corner. They were incredibly kind and insisted on coming to inspect our car and found a replacement tyre for us. Once the car was in the garage they were quick and efficient and had us back on the road within an hour and half which was really incredible! Thank you Sam, George and Diego! I would definitely use them again.

Highly recommended. The best customer service I’ve experienced. Had bodywork repairs and paintwork done to my rear bumper. Sam and George were incredibly courteous from the start, completed the work to a high standard and were very generous on price. I never post reviews but this was so good I felt I had to. Sam was absolutely brilliant! New to the area so had to try and find a mechanic, spoke to some others around and Sams autos was streets ahead of all of them. They had the exact problem diagnosed within 15 minutes for free when other mechanics were charging £45 per half hour to try and find the issue. The service was brilliant and Sam called me to inform me that he found another issue and if I would like to he could fix this also. Prices are great and Sams autos is not trying to rip any customer off, they definitely have the customers best interests at heart. Also very responsive with any questions I had. Very welcoming and friendly also. I couldn’t recommend Sams autos more, great service!

Sam has been servicing my car for several years and he’s an all round brilliant guy to do business with. He’s a great mechanic, always does a good job and I’m set for another year on the road. His prices are very fair and the he’s very obliging too.

I have used this garage for at least 20 years or so. You can be assured that the job gets done, friendly advise and atmosphere plus a very competitive pricing that has made me never to go anywhere else. Honest people, knowledgeable and courteous. Almost everyone is return customer (you'll notice when you're there) or recommended by friends who have visited Sam's Auto, plus new customers that they just find them online or passing by. Highly recommended for all cars specially German cars (as I've had a few). No job is too small or large as I have found out over the years. You must give them a try for peace of mind. You wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had the clutch replaced on my car, I called up the day before and Sam said to come on down. He gave me a very reasonable quote, the car needed some extra work done which he called to run through with me before starting on it. When I arrived to collect the car he talked me through what he had done and showed me the old parts he had replaced. I thoroughly recommend Sams Autos for a decent service at excellent value.

Great place for a body repair shop. Had to repair a dent in my door that someone kindly left for me in the supermarket carpark. The damage was so bad that you could see the bare metal and was exposed to rusting. Sams autos not only repaired the bumpy dents but also repainted the area, I cannot see any sign of the damage at all. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of the car too which was a pleasant surprise. Not only that but it all cost a third of what the Honda centre was asking me for.

I was driving past this garage one day and spotted it and decided to check it out for a quote, and I am very glad I did because I have had nothing but an absolutely wonderful experience at Sam's Autos and will definitely be returning whenever I need. I took my 1 Series BMW for repair and the diagnosis was spot on and repair done to an exceptionally high standard. BMW dealership quoted me £350 including parts and labour, and the lovely people at Sam's did the job in an hour for £80, including parts! If you want very reasonably priced, honest work to an exceptionally high standard, then I would highly recommend going to Sam's Auto's, especially if you own a german made car as they specialise in this. I have been to many dealerships and garages over the past 10 years with a wide range of cars (family owns 4 cars) and I have never received a standard of service as good as I did from Sam's Auto's.

We had an issue with the bolts on our exhaust, which was highlighted by our MOT. Most other garages we asked told us this would require the removal of the exhaust and a replacement at considerable expense. However Sam was able to fully fix it for us by finding a solution that involved working with the bolts. It was also good value - very good mechanic.

Really cool guys, I called and they arranged for my MOT straight away and even lowered the price compared to the initial quote I was given. Fantastic customer service. Took my car in as it's had a long-term issue. They spent hours checking it (as I kept getting the RAC notifications) and only charged me £70 for the diagnosis and a bunch of other jobs. Very friendly and honest, will be back 100%!

I have been going to Sam's Autos for 7 years now, always a pleasure to pop round there for an MOT or a service. I was actually driving by the place for years whilst driving on the A3 but never knew of it till a good friend brought me there, the shop front is on the Clapham Road with no possibility of stopping on the red route but the car entrance is round the back through Union Road. Sam has taken care of the following list of cars for me (I am lucky that my job entails a company car) : Mercedes A class, Ford KA, Mini Cooper, Peugeot 207, BMW 325 and a Vauxhall Agila and he has always delivered a fast efficient and cost effective service. I can't recommend him highly enough !

W211 E280 estate wird noise from steering and lost time and money with other guys just to guess what was wrong . Mr Sam actually took his time and drove test so he can asses the problem (Tuesday). He booked me on (Friday) sorted the issue done the mot for me aswell . Showed me the replaced part and again explained the issue with it. I can not thank this man enough. He is honest, reliable and trusty 5 star rating not enough. More than happy with his work i gladdly recomend him to anyone .
