Best place to fix your scooter ever! Great experience. Maya did an awesome job fixing my brakes and adjusting the handler in less than 15min , I walked in with my scooter hoping to find someone that will help and they really did! thank you so much Guys :) - I will buy my next scooter from you for sure!

Best scooter shop in ALL UK! Same day fixing ! I brought my damaged E-scooter in many shop but nobody was able to fix it. I went to the master scooter shop and the engineer team spotted the problem in 5 mins. They repaired my Dualtron in record time for a reasonable price . THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY.

These guys are amazing. Unfortunately my scooter purchase went wrong - the Segway I purchased did not have the range proposed by the manufacturer. If I had read the very small print before my purchase I would have bought something different. The suppliers and manufacturers refused to exchange but the little guys in the chain - SCOOTER MASTER - were beyond awesome. Despite me doing 60km on the scooter they fully refunded me in cash ! I am super grateful and speechless. They really know their stuff, they have a range of great scooters and a lot of loyal customers. Thank you. I will be back and I will purchase my next scooter from you guys. I really wish every retailer was as honorable, as understanding and as cool as you ;)

My wife came to the shop to get the scooter tyre fix today, as no other scooter shop can do it because of the brand name!!! The people there have been very polite and helpful and it took them less than 5 minutes to fix the tyre on to the rim. All I can say is this is my go to place, if I have any problem with my electric scooter I’m definitely going to Scooter Master!! Thank you very much Scooter Master!!

INOKIM OXO Went to Scooter Master23rd March - I was actually recommended to go there by another reputable company as they didn't have the facilities to fit on my all-terrain Inokim Oxo tyres. I spoke with the Gents in the shop, asked for the tyre replacement, brake pad replacement, brake lever tightening and a few other bits (this is around it's 6 month service period so there were a few bits that needed some care). An hour or two later i get a call with a quote which was perfectly reasonable for the job(s) at hand. What can i say, I am DELIGHTED with how it all went. They even did a bit extra such as re tightening of some of the screws etc. The team are beyond informative, they REALLY know how to get a job done properly and reliably. They even found an issue in my front tyre motor which they rectified. If there is a place where you'd like trustworthy individuals to look after and repair your scooter, Scooter Master is the one. Amazing team, great facility and brilliant experience. Would give more than 5*'s if I could!

Scooter “Master” doesn’t even begin to describe this man! Iman is an absolute magician And technical genius with how he transformed my Inokim OXO. I loved the scooter before - Iman added off road tyres, a key/lock, replaced my bent disk brakes and absolutely transformed how my scooter rides. Seriously passionate and talented guy who not only repairs/upgrades scooters but has some ridiculous deals on Dokma scooters which has made me even consider getting a second! I won’t be going anywhere else for any of my e-scooter needs moving forward!
