A. M.I have used Shelby’s for years and always recommend them to people, as they are so nice, very professional, always an excellent job and good value. I have come across some real sharks in the area that would rob you in daylight and Shelby’s is the absolute opposite. I trust them implicitly. Such nice people. Honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Best garage in West London and I don’t normally write reviews.

My husband and I were on our way to the countryside when our brake fluid indicator came on. Mr. Shelby saw us immediately, sorted us out and we were on the road within 20 minutes. We were so pleasantly surprised not only by the efficiency, but also consideration for the customer. His explanation of the problem was clear, friendly and (most importantly) honest and fair.
We will certainly be repeat clients in the future.

R. C.I have just taken my car in for an MOT and minor service for the first time at this garage. I was extremely impressed when they suggested that as I hadn't done that much mileage, all they would need to do would be to check the various levels which turned out to be fine. Regarding the MOT , they made a note that the brakes might need looking at in 6 months time so to bring the car in to check them but they wouldn't need replacing at the moment. How honest is that ! The last garage to which I took my car for an MOT & service used my car to colllect some parts & only told me when I questioned the higher mileage shown ! Shelby garage i would trust implicitly & would recommend them unreservedly . I will be using them from now on.
