R. R. T.Got in contact with the guys at Simply Coded, The staff I spoke to was very Professional. They booked me in a slot the following day and worked with my busy schedule. Took roughly an hour to add everything that I wanted such as Apple Car Play, acoustic beeps when locking and unlocking car, folding the mirrors when locking the car, normally I had to hold the lock button for the mirrors to fold which was very annoying at times and had the lights turn on when I unlock my car. Which makes my car stand out even more every time I unlock the car.
Overall very pleased about the service received and highly recommend them to everyone.

J. W.When my 2017 BMW X5 navigation stopped working and the dealership wanted over $500 to fix it, lots of folks on the X5 Facebook groups recommended SimplyCoded. SimplyCoded logged in remotely and diagnosed the issue, then guided me through the steps to replace the bad hard drive in my head unit, saving me hundreds over what the dealership would have charged. They remotely completed the remaining steps, and now my navigation system is fully operational. Even though I’m in the USA and they are UK-based, they continued working after hours to accommodate my schedule. They were professional and even tolerant of my odd sense of humor. G.Excellent service from the lads at simply coded, had an issue with my exterior folding mirrors they were able to diagnose the issue and recode the mirrors so they were able to work using the key and comfort access. All service was performed remotely within half an hour. Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future.
