Amazing shop!! I was able to book a test drive 🏎 before buying my onewheel pint x, that cleared all my doubts. Charlie was super friendly giving suggestions and instructions on how to use it. I can highly suggest both the shop and the board 😃

EXCELLENT !!! So, got myself a new scooter (not from Soho Scooters) and 10 mins in I get a puncher!!! Tried to take it to a few places near my home in East London but their phone manner was not to my liking - nor did they sound like they wanted to help me. I then contact Soho Scooters when Giles answers the phone in a beautiful and polite manner which made me want to visit Soho Scooters straight away. As a hairstylist, I’m in the service industry in which professional phone mannerisms are a must for me. I’m then given an appointment to bring my scooter in on the same day. As I arrive I am welcomed by Giles, Dan and Jamie. They all instantly look at my scooter giving me the very best advice I could want for. Jamie takes the scooter down and 30 minutes later I have a fully operating wheel. Ed was then on the desk to take payment and advise me on which steps to take when I’m ready for an upgrade. Service like this is externally hard to find these days, hence I will 100% be using Soho Scooters again. There is a very honest way about Soho Scooters which I admire. Thanks guys !!!! Incredible friendly service. I went in to try out a onewheel and Charlie was so helpful. He tried to understand my needs and provided advice based on his personal experience with the products. They know their stuff because they use their stuff! Highly recommended.

Charlie and the team were super helpful in fixing the braking on my Pure Air prO - had my scooter back the next day. The shop also has a really good range of gear, so I ended up getting myself a helmet too

Really good company, called them to enquire about a puncture on my T4 scooter. I went to their store. They fixed my puncture within 40mins, even tightened the breaks and fixed the suspension (at a lil extra cost). I was happy with the service. Will definitely go back with any scooter related problems.

my lad has a ninebok the bars are broken i rang about 4 places in manchester and liverpool all theysaid is they dont fix them i ask do you know who does no there reply. not interested only interested in selling them rang these guys in london they dont fix many off them but his help was above and beyond. told me go home take pics of scooter send it him so did that next thing sends me a link with the parts i need boom done dont no the guys name but life would be soooo easy if people where like that. they didnt make any money but there services bang on. hope u guys do well take care 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻

I took my scooter here to be fixed and they said the damage was going to cost me well over my budget however they offered me a different option basically replacing my scooter with a new one for a very reasonable price, very friendly and very quick, i got my new scooter the same day, definitely recommend these guys.
