N. Y.The van was collected on Monday . Communication was excellent. We were kept up to date with the repair process and were always contacted prior to pick up and drop off. The same week I got the van delivered on Friday. The repair was completed on Thursday, but as I missed the call I got it the following day. The service was excellent and the job was brilliant. Also, the vehicle was so clean. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend Solus to others.
M.My car was repaired by solus. They had fantastic communication with me, kept me informed with updates and sent me a full breakdown as I requested. Car is in perfect shape now, couldnt be more grateful.
l. s.My car was recently repaired at this garage and I was happy with the repairs, however they left a needless small area unpainted, only the size of a one pence coin but I was told that it was not caused by the accident " which it wasn't" then we made arrangements for the car to be delivered, but at the last minute I got a call saying that they couldn't deliver the car because of the rear differential so not to lose another days work I left work earlier to go there and get the car, I asked if I could leave the van in their car park and pick it up later I was told no because the gates close at six so I parked the van up the road not sure whether I would get a ticket thankfully I didn't. But when I went back to get the van I passed the garage parking area at 20:52 pm and there were plenty of cars with the gates open, thanks solus for that. The radio rattles , they didn't do anything about it.
Apart from that the actual work that was done on the car seems to be very good.
M. S.Chosen via Aviva insurance claims team. The service throughout has been absolutely excellent and they did a great job. Badly damaged passenger door from a wall scrape, brand new door put on, car came back thoroughly cleaned, sparkling it was. Can't recommend them enough and polite and friendly pick up and delivery of of vehicle too. All done a day earlier than I expected. Thanks to the team for a great repair job. Would not hesitate to use again in the future.

Just a tiny 2mm dot on the lower part of the rear door of the other side that was repaired, on a sparkling car caught my eyes, and I showed it to the driver, who had brought it. He tried to scratch. I was wondering how the Quality guy could miss it. But not a big deal ! I was promised that someone would call and probably fix it. And I cant complain because when I handed over the car to them it was a rainy day, and may be there, but cant say if it existed or it happened during repairing process !!
