Special thanks Jayde who managed everything perfectly. Anrhony is a gentleman and is a top rate mechanic. We have an imported car we had a service with oil change and an mot the prices were reasonable and fair and we will be keeping this garage as our new one. They are trustworthy. Would highly recommend and would go back.

My MOT expired so I had to get a quick MOT as I needed to drive my car in the afternoon. Sparrowhawk were very accommodating - I dropped off my car at 8.30am and they called me by 11am to collect it. Really friendly and helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Honestly top notch service for a good price. Sorted my MOT, servicing and extra parts needed speedily. Anthony (owner) is a friendly guy and explained bits and bobs to me as I arrived slightly early to pick up the car. If I have troubles, I will happily use Sparrowhawk's services again.

GREAT SERVICE AND REPAIRS ON MY MINI HATCH!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!REASONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CERTAINLY NOT OUT TO ROB YOU. I had various quotes to repair my overheating issue, heater replacement and coolant issue on my car to get and understanding of how much it should cost. After speaking with Antony he thoroughly went through the work that needed to be done and gave me a good quote unlike other garages trying to add other bits to make more money out of me! Great garage during Covid19 we were stuck with breakdown on my mums car. These guys were really helpful they arranged for the car to be collected which included them sanitising the car before delivery back. This was important as my mum is old and in that dangerous category for COVID. The repairs done were really good and the value for money was excellent they didn’t try and overcharge or just do work without seeking our authorisation first. It did take a couple days but it wasn’t there fault as they had to get parts and not a lot of places were open but they still managed to get it done. First class service and will definitely be changing from my regular garage over to these guys as was really happy with the work done and how they did go above and beyond during such difficult times. I have been taking my cars here for the last 6+ years. Great service and Steve will tell you honestly what needs to be done and what will need to be done on your car/van soon. I have saved a fortune here I take my cars to them to check them over before MOT and they have saved me time and money. I cannot recommend them highly enough. An honest garage in London is a great find!

Excellent garage with really friendly staff and antony really knows what hes doing. Very fair guy my car failed mot was alot of work, but he went through it all with me and charged very fairly. Found these guys online and called as I urgently needed a MOT. They were able to book me in for the next day as my car passed i decided to do a service too. They are very thorough and seem to use the latest technology they knew exactly what was needed for my service according to manufacturers recommendations and they regenerated my dpf. Even got car back same day as they worked late to finish. All in all top service

I came in for a Service and DPF clean on my Jaguar after many attempts with other garage to get my DPF cleaned and regenerated! I went to 3 other garages including HALFORDS and the light remained on DPF message showed it was still full. After being highly frustrated, I searched for a local garage and came across Sparrowhawk and thought i'd give them a go after all their good reviews and so happy i did!! They were able to sort my DPF issue out and since having it done over 3 weeks ago, no lights have come back on! I had a Major service done and so far so GOOD! Nice and clean garage, and a professional mechanic who took his time explaining my DPF problem. Defiantly would recommend and certainly will be returning in the future :) Thanks guys!!!

BMW X5 rear suspension issues and MOT. Wow...I have never been so impressed by a garage...used them for the first time this last week. Antony is a total superstar. 1) he knows what he is doing...after trying another local garage a month ago, Antony got to the bottom of my sagging rear suspension...turned out it was multiple problems. He went and tested every piece, the compressor, the valve block, the air bags, the pipes and finally the little computer that controls all of it. He found the issues and gave me options on how to fix it for the cheapest price possible. 2) great value - he offers very reasonable prices for high quality parts...you can source your own if u like but u can trust him to get parts (all Parts come with a 1 year warranty) 3) great communication - see above...he keeps you informed and gives you options 4) honest...if something takes 20 min...he charges you accordingly...none of this rounding up to the nearest 2 hours that u get at many other garages...he understands that cars can be money pits and does what’s he can to help! Highly recommend. A total gem!! I will be doing all my business with them!!!!

Had decided not to service or spend any money on the car last year to save costs so January 2019 came round with reports of snow and winter weather on its way. Thought it best to get a service done as i wasnt even sure if i had any anti freeze in the engine. The engine light had also come on a few weeks aga but gone off again so that was still bugging me. Went on the Whowillfixmycar website and put in the problem on the site. Got emailed back by 5 gagrages with quotes. Sparrowhawk was one of the nearest but also had a lot of very good reviews and they all seemed from genuine customers as opposed to made up ones you usually see on sites. So Dropped the car off to Sparrowhawk with a list of all the niggles and servicing requirement. Anthony called me back later in the afternoon and we went through the faults which turned out to be a lot more than i thought. He was very thorough and gave me a breakdown of everything that required attention. The whole quote came to £1200 inc vat which i explained i could not do in one go, it was too much too soon after Xmas. The car is only worth about a 3 grand so did not seem to make sense spending too much on it as i am looking to p/ex it in the summer as it is a diesel and im rather worried about the new emmision rules. Anthony then recommended the most important things that needed attention such as not having any shock absorbers as they were completely gone after hitting Londons countless potholes and speedhumps. The service of course was important and changing the filters alongside the glowplugs. The whole quote camme to £600 which was far more manageable and would give me peace of mind till the summer/Autumn. I gave him the go ahead and the car was ready by 6.30pm. Absolutely fantastic job, quick, efficient, no false promises and to be honest when you meet Anthony he is very easy to talk to, unlike a lot of car mechanics! When i was telling him what needed doing he was actually writing it down which inspired a lot of confidence! i know it a silly little thing but it does make you feel better! He was happy for me to transfer the payment over as opposed to a lot of garages who send you to banks or ATM to get them cash. I remember being very aprehensive dropping the car off to a little cramped garage under a railway arch thinking why didnt i just go to Halfords Autocentre like i usually do (because the parts cost a fortune no matter what you order....£85 for wiper blades in my last MOT!)and by the end of the day having a big smile thinking i got a new mechanic now so i wont be going anywhere else!

Great communications and prompt updates on progress and costs with friendly staff and receptionists. I Broke down due to a DPF issue and had to be recovered. Anthony messaged me to let me know that they had a DPF cleaning and regeneration service. He clearly explained that a DPF was the symptoms and victim of another issue. Due to this an investigation was carried out to diagnose what was seen to be the possible rote cause and issues including error warning lights on the console. Anthony managed to my knowledge to locate this issue being a faulty crank shaft sensor and other issues relating to a broken wire in the loom. He also did a Major service and while this was done discovered that its's extremely likely the last time I had a service with a Main dealer that the oil and filter had none be cleaned or changed. (something that I had already expected due to other issues) If Anthony has solved all my issues that had not been dealt with by previous garages this will have been the best garage I have used ever. Anthony is very good at assessing and explaining what problems are and effective solutions to them. I only say this as I just got the car back yesterday and don't want to be previous with my assessment but so far so good. Anyway I will be back in the new few months for the annual MOT and check up to see if everything went well. Only then will I be able to confirm everything. I would also like to note that from what I had seen quality tools, oils, lubricants and parts are used. Also and most importantly that no cutting corners or lazy fixes such as just swapping out parts till it works. If Anthony does not know the answer he will find out and help. I had enquired about getting my Air-con re-gassed and he suggested it was cost prohibitive for him to offer the service and to use another specialists. Finally I have found a garage that is not olny useful but knows what they are doing. The female receptionist was very helpful.and was able to deal with my equiry quickly. Most of all I got my car fixed at an low price compare to other garages that I looked at and my car is now running perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend this garage. I won't be looking any further.
