Brought my car in just before Christmas had a red warning sign exhaust filter problem.
Car was under warranty and was able to book in.
I received fantastic service from the team from moment I dropped the car to being kept up to date.
Mo kept me informed and contacted me throughout and was pleasant and professional .

Having dealt with Shante-lee and Sarah on the phone and in person, they were both helpful and professional and answered any questions that I had and made sure to constantly keep me updated while my car was away from me! Great service. Having had Range Rover in south Woodford (where we purchase the vehicle) out servicing our car twice without resolving the issues, we went to Stratstone. Service was excellent, a service car was provided and the issues finally resolved. Won’t go anywhere else I’m the future

I took my jaguar XE into them back in June for a service and MOT and had a really positive experience. I recently had an issue with the engine light coming on and an issue with the car losing power. They fixed the issue with the car (no more engine light in) however they were still not happy with the performance of the car. Although the team could of told me they fixed the issue and told me the car was ready to collect. The manager went out of his way to liaise with me personally regarding the issue with the car and ensured he was totally happy that the car was back to full performance before returning the car. I could not fault the service I received from Haydn the manager he went above and beyond. Will definitely be taking my car back there for my next MOT and service.

I'm really pleased with Stratstone. My car had gremlins in the infotainment module. The whole team were on the ball from the start. Booking was tailored exactly to my needs, I was kept fully informed throughout, and my car was returned in perfect condition.
Initially, I needed the car back the next day, so they temporarily set me up with the systems I needed, with a view to coming back to complete the job (which was done today).
The staff and management couldn't do enough for me, the general manager took time out to research the issues, and the technician went through the finer points in detail I could understand before I drove away.
These are the kind of people I want looking after my vehicle!

Very pleased overall with the service I received at Stratstone Edmonton/Tottenham especially after a negative point. Initially I had booked an MOT service online about 4 or 5 days before my intended booking. It was registered online and said somebody would contact me further about my booking. Having not heard anything and the booking date fast approached, I rang the Centre to make sure everything was alright with my booking. Only to discover from the representative from the Centre who's name I believe was Mo, said that no booking has been registered on their system. With that, the earliest my MOT booking can occur is 3rd March as opposed to the 2nd March as I had intended. This was a great inconvenience to me, and asked if I at least could drop my car off on 2nd March anyway and accept that the MOT probably wont get done until 3rd March. The representative said that would be fine.
After my initially disappointment and slight annoyance my booking was not registered by the Centre's booking system, I can honestly say everything after that was first class from the Stratstone Edmonton/Tottenham. They took my car in and actually in the end did the MOT on the morning of 2nd March in a swift and professional manner lead by Sarah. They provided transportation back to my home whilst the MOT was occurring, and kept me informed with updates on the car and video of the car during its inspection. Within a short time the inspection was complete and was offered the option of the car being driven back locally to my house without charge (a service I never experienced before) and performed one of the best car washes my car has had again free of charge.
I cannot speak highly enough of the level customer service I received from the Centre and very much has left me feeling a valued customer. They went out of their way to make me like I was a known friend and not just another number walking through their doors of business. I have literally spoken about this experience I have had to my friends and said to them it is not often I have received such an outstanding customer service. I have even said my friends that they should buy a Land Rover car just for the service I received alone. I would like to thank all the staff and Sarah especially as she led my MOT inspection in 2020 and found her extremely friendly and personable, and this was very much the same in 2021. I have had some terrible experiences at other outlets such as Barnet and Park Royal but the last few years Edmonton/Tottenham has restored my faith in the Stratstone brand. The return of my car free of charge being the outstanding highlight of the whole experience.

Slight communication issue but was resolved very quickly. Staff are very pleasant and eager to help/please. Have used them before and will carry on doing so. I have just had another great experience here, I refuse to step foot in Grange woodford anymore because of their awful money grabbing attitude. These guys supplied me with a courtesy car and fixed mine in double quick time. I personally found Sarah and all the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly.
I would rather travel that bit further for a better experience.

My Range Rover was taken there by Land Rover recovery after a breakdown. They had the car looked at the next day and immediately identified the problems. Parts were ordered and the car was ready the day after. Super fast turn around for such a large job and at such short notice. Great communication from Dwayne who was dealing with my car. Always returned my calls and was super helpful. Overall a much better experience than my previous experience with another dealership. Will definitely go back even though its not my closest service centre.

Recently had my Vogue serviced here and Jonathan took great care of me and my vehicle and kept me informed all the way through. Always answered my phone calls and very friendly. Reception staff have been polite, attentive and helpful during both my visits which is why I have given 3 stars. What is slightly concerning for me is that when I brought my car in for MOT in Oct 2018 they told me one of the headlights needed changing (which I'm sure didnt need changing but I gave them the benefit of doubt) but guess what Jan 2019 that same headlight needed changing hence my second trip. Not sure what to make of that.

I took my Jaguar XE there last month for a software upgrade.
First of all the staff is very supportive and well trained. I had a pleasant overall experience with this branch.
The reason why I give them only three stars is that I called them if my Jag is ready and can I come to collect it. They said yes.
But when I arrived the car didn't have a valet at all.
They apologized for the mistake but obviously I couldn't wait any longer, so I took the car as it was. Not what I would expect for Jaguar.

Visited this service centre for the first time today. I was taking a Range Rover Sport (just over a year old) in for a warranty issue. Although my car requires a new part which will take some time to arrive, the staff were very courteous, professional and efficient.

Im going try to be succinct here as there is a lot want to impart so you get the gist of where im coming from.
I have been a customer of Land Rover since 2006 (since the very lauch of the Range Sport) of which I have gone through 3 of them (the last on a 2014 plate) changing every 3 years from Stratstone Woodford and serviced at Hainault ..now know as The Grange.
In 2016 I had 2 Range Rovers on my driveway as I purchased the Evoque HSE Dynamic for my wife and then gave it back this year and got the exact same car on a 2018, which was purchased from Stratstone Mayfair as I began to dislike the unprofessionalism of the new set up - THE GRANGE Woodford. The Sales Team were embarrasing messing up literally anything and everything.
In March this year I had enough and ditched my Range Rover Sport and switched brand to a rare model Porsche Carerra 911 GTS (2018) but I could not convince my wife to do the same and get the Porsche Macan SUV which meant I would have not been totally rid of the Land Rover brand as far as I was concerned the overall customer service was going down the pan since the take over by The Grange.
Few months back, my wife kept telling me about a deisel warning light coming on in the car which agitated me severely as far as I was concerened its a brand new car and that would never have happened if she had done as I recommended and let me get the Macan for her even though Porsche were offering me m,assive discounsd for purchasing two brand new cars.
I immediately got on the phone to Strantstone Woodford - AKA The Grange and asked what the matter was and was passed from poiller to post - left on hold on the phone and just generall nobody came back to me or tolsd me what this was about as if everyone was running scares and did not want to be speaking to me so just before i was about to make my way down there I remembered there was a new Land Rover service scentre in Tottenham which is not too far from where I live so I decided to go there which was the best thing that hass come out of any interaction ive had with the company.
I initially met the manager there and nice polite young man by the name of Dwaine whi sat me down and reasurred me there is absolutely nothing to worry about and told me the way they make th vehicles now this will have after a certain about of engine running time urban driving conditions and told me to pop the car in anytim and he will do it while I waited.
Immmediately my stress level reduced as i could not understand why if this was such a simple thing i was put through the worry like that from my previous dealership.
I popped in today and Dwain immediately took my car to service and I sat comfortably waitring and met one of the othere drivers who recently left the Grange who now works for Stratstone mayfair called Anthony who I have knoew for years as he has picked up may of my cars from my home address over the years and before i knew if my car was ready.
SUMMARY:
Stratstone Tottenham - this service centre is a breatrh of fresh air and their attentive Manager Dwaine is really a dying breed. What e full circle experience - Bang on point! This is how customer services ios supposed to be done.
MY POSITION NOW:
As a direct result of how I have been treated as a valued customer I will be looking to purchase a 3rd car (My 4th Range Rover Sport) for myself in the summer 2019 as I always liked the brand and ther high up ride compared to my now 911 which although is a load of fun I feel by bum being dragged on the ground ... I just hated haveing to deal with the people at the Sales and service centre since they became the Grange

Great experience using the parts department here, phone was picked up almost immediately and Bethany took my order and kept me informed of its arrival when I picked up the part it was abit slow service but they appeared very busy so I was not worried I was offered tea and coffee while I waited and once they got round to me I was in and out very quickly.
