Based on my many years of association with this business, I can only say that in my opinion Terry's Ltd is the best vehicle mechanical garage/business in North London. The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable regarding his business both administrative and mechanical/technical. His ability to diagnose/explain and give advice to all customers in a clear, honest and comprehensive manner is an integral part of his commitment to customer care. In the circumstances where he is unable clearly provide an immediate diognostis, he has a wealth of outside specialists to whom he refers, to assist him. It should also be noted that all his staff both technical and administrative are very skilled individuals who are motivated to maintain high standards of work. All staff present as being curtious, friendly and customer focus. Most importantly, costs of work are competitive, bearing in mind the size of the company. It should also be noted that the business is busy at all times and is open seven days weekly. However, all customers will be seen at the earliest opportunity and some priority is given to urgent matters. Undoubtedly the best garage in North London on all respects

I have been looking for a reliable garage for a while now as my regular garage is now too far to travel due to traffic. I found Terry's on the Web after a couple of friends recommended them. I called and had a chat with Terry and booked a date for work to be carried out. I arrived on time handed over my keys, had a look around and observed the what was going on in the workshop. Workshop was clean and tidy as well as the waiting room. I was quietly impressed, staff very friendly, they also did some extra work no charges and the actual work done was a very reasonable price and I'm well pleased with the work. I think I have now found a reliable garage to use for my cars and will also recommend them to anyone with no hesitation. Thanks very much Terry and the guys there keep up the good work.

I bought an old Merc to take my dog to Italy and asked Terry to check it over to make sure it was safe and good enough to get me to Europe and back. TAKE ALL YOUR CARS HERE because for businesses like Terry's, Google need MORE than 5 stars! My review last year, was pretty glowing, but somehow these guys have topped that! If I ignore the amount of work they did in 1 day [MOT, Service, Internal Engine Flush, took dash off completely to fix electrical problem and re-seated faulty interior trim]....they ALSO ground and polished the Headlights AND Valeted - the latter for free! All for a superbly reasonable price. YOU HAVE TO COME HERE...the only thing I can think is THIS is what service was like in the 1950s/60s - as somebody also wrote "BEST GARAGE IN UK"....oh and if you spend more than 5mins talking to Terry himself you'll find what a properly nice man his is as well! This place deserves all the plaudits it gets...10 stars!

Terry takes pride in providing a personal service explaining everything in detail and gives tips to avoid future problems. Quickly diagnosed the issue (rodents had chewed their way through wiring!) and offered clear explanations and preventive measure throughout. Been going to Terry's for several years now, the garage is clean, properly equipped and the staff really know what they are doing. Just had my classic Ford in there for suspension overhaul, they did a great job. They also worked on the performance cam, difficult to get the clearances correct, it is now sounding and performing spot on. Great value and service! Firstly in this day and age it is very hard to trust mechanics as most just want your money and scam you a lot. however i can reassure you terry's service is something you will not get everywhere. My first car was a CAT D, terry and his team went above and beyond to keep the car mechanically good so it keeps me going. whenever i will go in for a problem, terry will never let me down, all my fluids where checked, diagnostic checks where done which terry did not even need to do as i went in for other problems. He will never rip you of, in fact you will leave with a service which is more than you payed for. The staff are excellently trained and have well manners, overall lovely customer service and terry is extremely friendly. I travel very far for this garage and i would not ever go to anyone else and neither will my family and friends. you will not need to think twice when you are considering this garage.!!! Went in one morning desperate for some brake pads and disks (because I’m too lazy and irresponsible to have got it done earlier), I was told they were fully booked and already over worked for the day. I pleaded they took my brakes on and they were kind enough to give me their already stretched time. I was told they would call me when they were able to squeeze me in and I had to be there within a few minutes, luckily I was working down the road and I was able to do so. The work was completed promptly while I waited. I can’t thank them enough, I appreciate what they did for me greatly, I couldn’t leave a more positive review!

Originally went to kwik fit in tottaham and was waiting over half an hour before someone even said hello. Came to this garage and was seen straight away. Polite and honest. I had a flat tire that needed changing. Terry showed me the damage and said he would get a replacement as he didn't have the size in stock.
