The dash board reflected that the front left tyre pressure lost last night. It's my first time to look for a garage nearby my home. I did not have an appointment online and just go. Alex is very nice and patient. I just came from China and my English is not good. After testing, he told me that the tyre is fine, just less than inflate. He advised me to check regularly, one time a month. Finally, he even did not charge me anything. Thanks very much. The woman in reception is also very nice, but I forgot to ask her name. I have a very nice experience with "the garage". I will do the MOT and service over there in the future.

This garage provided the best service possible! I had to have my bumper replaced and my tyre along with wheel alignment and many other things that needed repairing. They not only did it quickly, but kept me informed along the way and tried to make it as cheap as possible. I would not go anywhere else. Whenever I texted /called Geoff, he always replied promptly. Geoff answered all my questions and helped ease my worries about my car. He made sure to explain everything that they were doing and also did an MOT for me when I asked a few days before collection. When I came to collect the car, the staff were lovely and answered all my questions I had about my car. My car was also cleaned which was a nice surprise. If I ever need anything else repaired on my car in the future, I will definiteley come to this garage!

Geoff is a hero! After a summer holiday driving around France, I was left with my beloved 911's front bumper, covered in bug etches that ate into the clear coat. Did my best to polish out, but was facing the possibility of an expensive respray. Geoff somehow managed to not only machine polish these marks away, but restored the entire paintwork to a showroom finish! All without a respray. Truly went above and beyond. A master craftsman indeed. All done at very good price too. To say I was happy with his service would be an understatement. Thanks again Geoff!

I tried this place a few days ago and was not disappointed! I got an appointment easily by phone and when I got there, they were quick and professional. There is a lovely waiting area with a TV inside and a reception area. As a woman, I felt very comfortable. The prices were reasonable and I got some good money-saving tips! I will definitely return.

Originally found whilst shopping around for my annual MOT. Prices were very reasonable, and turnaround time and quality of valeting was superb - especially given the short notice. When I had a paint-related crisis 5 months later (involving incontinent birds, the aggressive side of a dish sponge and about 80 percent of the car), the bods at the dealership were left shaking their heads in astonishment and despair. Despite a valiant attempt, they weren't able to buff the damage out - instead recommending a full respray that would have costs thousands (option 2 was taking a rather brutal hit on a premature trade-in). Thankfully, I took the vehicle here for a second opinion, and after a good chuckle and some reassurance, I heartily took them up on their solution that cost a mere fraction of what I had been dreading. After its brief stint in rehab, my vehicle emerged looking shiny and new - with the paintwork looking flawless (I'd say even better than when I bought it). Their hard work had not only erased any trace of my embarrassing misdemeanour, but had also resolved historical defects that had accumulated during my ownership of the vehicle. A truly impressive job, at a very reasonable price, completed in good time. Perfect marks across the board.

My car was making a strange humming sound, so I took it to Geoff who quickly diagnosed that the wheel bearing needed replacing. The Garage go above and beyond to give incredible service and have competitive prices. I first brought my car to The Garage to get the tyres changed. They kindly gave the wheels a look over with feedback as they knew I had an MOT coming up — I’m a keen but novice MK3 Cabrio owner, wanting to learn more about mechanics, so I was able attempt some of the advisory work before the MOT — eek! I was really impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail so booked it in for the MOT. A few issues came up, as expected, but Fab and the team sorted it out in no time. Their pricing structure is really fair and transparent and they go the extra mile to get parts for older cars. They are so informative and really know their stuff — so grateful they took the extra time to explain everything to me! To top it all off, they returned the car sparkling clean and fixed (complimentary) an irritating rattle in the catalytic converter shield, that wasn’t even on the MOT fail. The car looks and feels like new, it’s one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. I really couldn’t recommend this garage enough and will be going to them for any work in the future (even if I have to travel!) — they really care and are incredibly passionate about cars.

Brought my car in without a booking this afternoon, as the receptionist had suggested on the phone, because I had a warning that a brake light had failed. The centre is warm and welcoming and having visited twice, their customer service is second to none. They are incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help repair 2 of my tyres in under 45 minutes of arriving. The garage is uniquely decorated with fascinating memorabilia and has a lovely reception area to sit, read the paper or watch TV while you're waiting. They offered me helpful advice regarding my car and gave me an incredibly reasonable quote to fix some damage on another company car (I had received a quote from another place at over twice the cost). Their wealth of experience can be seen through their professionalism and customer service. I have been getting my car Serviced and having its MOT at this garage for the last few year. Customer Service is always excellent. I am fully advised about what work is needed and told the price so that I never get a nasty shock when paying the bill. Fab in particular is excellent. Great customer service as always this year. I don't live near to the garage anymore and travel over 10 miles each way to take my car to be serviced. What a diamond in the crown, such a historic place with charm and character. Geoff the owner well what can I say, went way beyond my expectations. I bought one of his personal vehicles the car was everything and more. Paperwork galory, new mot cleaned no hidden surprises. He sent out one of his team to pick me up from the tube station you don't get that level of service and have never got it from anywhere. Fantastic service, got it booked in really quickly and easily, was ready by lunch time and hadn't expected this at all but they valeted the car inside and out. So either every service I've had in the past has been really basic or these guys go that extra mile. Even found charging cables I thought I'd lost! It was my first time servicing a car so was absolutely clueless about what needs doing. Fab at the front desk was amazing, he was patient and went through details and gave his recommendations without being pushy, which was great. Overall price was reasonable, location was fantastic, and most importantly their service was that comprehensive that they actually took the car for a deep clean inside and out and even helpfully removed a stubborn windscreen sticker from a music festival that I struggled with despite great lengths! I have visited this garage for a very first time today. I arrived stressed as I was late for my appointment, but instead of being reminded of my late arrival, I was reassured it was all great. My appointment was for two tyres fitting, but I have asked if they could kindly replace all my wiper blades as well which I've purchased beforehand. All was done in promised half hour. Further more they refused to charge me for wiper blades change. And believe me, I have tried to pay. This does not happen anywhere!!! Just had two tyres fitted by West London - the service was amazing - so much so I've decided to get my car MOTed and serviced there instead of the garage I've used for over 20 year. Ahh what can I say but praise for Geoff and his team over at the garage! I went there in a panic after my bumber got damaged - but Geoff really went above and beyond to ensure I drove out same day with the car looking as good if not even better than it did before the damage. I also have to add that the previous garage I went to quoted me £500 for a new bumper (despite it being a £800 car) and told me I'd have to wait a week for parts..Geoff however managed to get my car in tip top shape in less than half an hour. As a woman I am always a bit apprehensive about ‘garages’ and usually can’t wait to get out of them but I was extremely impressed with this place, especially with how clean and tidy it was. The waiting area was actually a pleasant place to sit (unlike a lot of other garage waiting rooms which are often so dirty you don’t even want to sit down!!) Fabrizio (the manager) is really friendly and professional and the whole place is extremely organised. Today I returned with my car for an MOT and two new tyres. Again I was totally impressed with the service and professionalism of all the staff. I took my car for a MOT and said I knew one tyre needed changing. They checked all the tyres quickly, dicovered two needed replacing, and were able to get them the same day, so there was no delay. Iam very dependant on my car being unable to walk far, and Lorraine very kindly ran me back home so I didn't need to walk. They also took the time to wash and clean the car inside and out. I was very impressed with the service and will continue to use and recommend The Garage.

The cars are always returned hand washed and immaculate as well as in good working order. The managers respond quickly to emergencies or to problems when one is on the road. It is said there are three great questions in life. Is there a god? Is there life after death? And how do you find a good garage? You may answer the first two for yourselves but, if you live around these parts, the answer to the third is go to the North End Road in W14 and take a turn into Bramber Road where you’ll see an old tram depot painted in an eye-catching shade of yellow with a spotless and obviously well-organised interior that looks for all the world like a mid-century auto-themed American diner. You half expect to see mechanics on roller skates serving up a helping of carburettors and spanners rather than burgers and fries. It’s been amiably and efficiently run (and staffed) for donkey’s years by people who actually seem to like cars and prospers not only by doing a very decent job but also by going the extra mile to secure repeat business. As they say, “we hope to see you again – but not too soon”. It’s not a bad philosophy and it clearly keeps the place busy. Accordingly, I’ve used the place a few times and on the last occasion, after some poltroon had the temerity to scratch my weirdly immaculate and memorably green four-wheeled friend before driving off, they performed a temporary touch-up until I could track down the culprit and get him or her to cough-up for a proper re-spray of the desecrated rear panel. When I offered, nay begged, to pay for this touch-up, I had to leave the premises without doing so before further insistence caused offence. It's a bit of a find is this place and well recommended.

Changed my tyres and brake pads at the same time. Better service and waiting than Mercedes Service Centre. At Merc, easily over 2 weeks wait and 5 gours for inspection and then 1-2 days for repair. 1 phone call, 2 days wait for the appointment, 3 hours work and all done. The best part was, when I called, the lady advised me to go onto the blackcircles to get a better quote on tyres. Who in this age tell their customers how to save £100 on their service??!! Honest and hard working folks!! Super efficient, super pleasant, more cost effective for a high quality service with a smile. I have also used the hand car wash, super economical and the finishing quality brought a smile to my wife when she saw her car. She now wants full And regular wash from here. Thank you!!!!

The mechanic, Lauris, is one of the best motorbike mechanic ever met, and definitely the best I know in London's area, so I'm using it even if I live in the opposite area of London. Besides being honest and fair with the price, Lauris is knowledgeable, passionate about motors, and even keen to help for free over the phone.
