This company is great! After having 2 auto locksmiths try and fail to programme my keys and give me useless advice that was wrong these guys managed to do it in about 5 minutes and also were happy to do other things on the veichle that needed repair with no further delay. Been using the theoco Bodyshop for the last few years since an insurer made me aware of them and would highly recommend them. I took my car to get an estimate for some damage to my wing mirror this week and the owner kindly fixed the problem there and then free of charge and even polished the trim. All during his lunch-break!

It's not always that the business owner calls himself to ask about a customers' satisfaction as well as putting best foot forward to make sure that everything is in excellent order. I called the day before to ask about the opening times, I also explained my issue (a bit of bumper popped out) and had a really pleasant experience from the get go! I spoke to a lady who just told me to bring it down either today or tomorrow and they will be happy to help. I bought it down the next day and met the lady who I spoke to over the phone, very polite, kind and professional both over the phone and in person. She then sent over 2 mechanics from the garage to my car, they immediately saw the issue and went about trying to fix it. They tried a few things and then both agreed on a certain way, so they didn't just go for the easy option first! Once it was fixed and good as new I started to get my purse out, they told me to put it away! I did say are you sure I can't leave without giving you anything and they just said they were happy to help! If I have any further issues with my car, body work wise, I will certainly be coming back here! This is an approved Citroen garage (along with a few other car manufactures) and I feel very confident in their work and professionalism.

Having had a recent accident, i went to see Theoco through a recommendation, i met Demitri and his team, they were so personal and caring and put me at ease straight away. They took the headache of dealing with my insurance company away from me and dealt with the whole process from repairing the car to arranging a courtesy car to getting me in touch with a solicitor whom can deal with the personal injury. i was kept fully up to date at all time and also got my car back fully repaired and sparkling clean within 2 weeks. i will not hesitate to recommend Theoco to anyone that i meet. 100% customer satisfaction. My car is under warranty and developed an issue with the radio. Sonya checked with the main dealer and they confirmed due to COVID if Theoco are happy to deal with it i could take it to them instead of waiting mid August for appointment. The following day they carried out a thorough check and confirmed a new radio is required that is when I met with Glen and his brother really lovely personable guys!) They advised a new radio is required and they would order it for me. A week later I spoke with Sonya to book the car in and explained i'm unable to drive as i currently have a bad leg she said "no worries we will pick it up for you" They came checked the car for any existing marks, i signed and they drove it away. When they returned the vehicle with new radio, my car had also been washed and vacuumed :) :) Sonya I love you!! Theoco you are blessed to have her she is amazing. Thank you so much. xx

My bonnet was dented so I thought I would speak to Theoco with regards to helping me out in fixing this and what would I need to do. I called and spoke to a gentleman called Nino who was very polite and me being a woman that had no clue about cars, he was very understanding and explained everything to me. He sorted everything out for me and made the process so easy that all I needed to do was turn up, drop my car off and get it fixed. I would highly recommend Nino and this company again to anyone who has a slight damage to their vehicle. Very professional on arrival and all staff members in the office were welcoming and smiley! Coming from a service sector we were very impressed with Theoco in dealing with our vehicle Fleet repairs. Dean took great trouble to resolve and action our ongoing warranty issues which should of been Robins and Days Peugeot's responsibility. The vehicle was not even booked in however they took it in and delivered it back the same day as completed!

What Incredible service! From start to finish my non-fault accident was dealt with promptly and efficiently by the Accident Repair Team! Sonia organised for my vehicle to be picked up and a courtesy car was dellivered at the same time. In less that 10 days my Honda Civic was as good as new. All repaired by the Honda Approved Bodyshop. My Civic was then dellivered back and the courtesy vehicle picked up. Would recommend Theoco Accident Repair Centre without hesitation. Professional and friendly with a personal touch! Would give TEN STARS! Amazing!

Just recently I was asked by a girlfriend of mine where I go to get my MOT and service on my car done. I recommended Theocco as she hadn't found a garage she was comfortable with as a young female and new driver, a venerable place to be. I don't normally write reviews, but I thought if she wasn't sure then it might be worth me posting for other young women. I was literally 17 when I passed my test, first car saved up for and obviously worried about getting ripped off or taken for a ride by some unscrupulous mechanic when it came to MOTs and...actually my first flat tyre ;o) (thanks guys!) Luckily another mate sent me to theoco, who, with the branded garage I thought would be massively over-priced and up-selling me everything. Happily surprised, they have always looked after me, fitting my car in at the last minute, always honest and reasonably priced. Sad as it is I do think there are people out there who rip girls off that might be new to the whole car thing. These guys DO NOT. I've been going to Theocco for years and am so happy with how they have looked after me and my many cars over the years. I should probably drop a gift in this year!
