M.My Saab had a problem with misfiring, and the engine warning light was on. Andy and the team were able to diagnose the problem quickly, which turned out to be a failed ECU. This was problematic as the cars are no longer manufactured. Despite this, they quickly sourced a replacement ECU, installed it and got it programmed to the vehicle (which is a complex process). The work was done more quickly than I anticipated and with no fuss. The cost came in as anticipated at the outset. I am delighted with the result: a professional job delivered promptly, and a good example of under-promising and over-delivering!
J. P.I recently had the headlamp stolen from my car, which resulted in damage that meant that I had to have the bonnet and a wing replaced. I was a first time customer, but Andy opened up especially on a Saturday to make sure that I had a temporary fix so that I could use the car while I was waiting for the insurance company to process my claim. He then dealt with all of the paperwork, making the process as smooth as possible and provided me with a courtesy car while the major repairs were carried out. He went completely above and beyond, and not only was the service excellent, but the work was also completed to the very highest standard. I cannot recommend Tony Fowkes Automobiles highly enough!

Spoke to gentleman called Roger. He ran an diagnostic. Roger gave me an easy to understand analysis of what the fault was..(Turned out not to be a DPF fault) which would be covered under the manufacturer warranty.. he saved me ALOT of money.(Truly Grateful).
I would honestly recommend to get a diagnostic done here. They give honest expert advise and solutions. True professionals
I did contact other garages before TFA, other garages where quick to give me a solution of DPF cleaning, even before identifying the problem.
Hard to find garages like this, these days. TFA do a better job then the Manufacturers like FORD,

S. K.WOW. I had a problem with my Land Rover air suspension with a red light showing on the dashboard. I came to Tony Fowkes Automobiles because they pride themselves in finding the root cause of a problem using their expertise and technical skills. They look for clear evidence to find the issue and then logically fix it. The team did a great job to fix my Range Rover in a super cost effective manner. So for professionalism, expertise and honesty they are at the top of their game. However, this is only one side of the coin, this was the first time I used the garage and I have to say they are the most friendly garage I have ever used. All my interactions were professional, warm and full of humour. I cannot rate this garage any higher. I have decades of experience using other garages but this is definitely the best I have used. Well done all at Tony Fowkes - please do not change you have it right.
