Great communication and personable, talked me through the process and options I had. Replaced my heater matrix and sorted a tricky issue with pipes and was very fair with pricing. Would definitely come here again.

I broke down on Turnpike Lane and called up this garage. The owner gave me clear and consice instructions and I managed to get the car up to them to get repaired. The cost of the repair was very fair (The car is a Chrysler voyager 2001) And the repair was done within 3 hours. Very happy with this garage. They are honest people and will do a great job at a fair price. Thank you!!!

Even when two other shops turned us down (including Ford official) this place made sure to help us with our Swedish car and the issues we had with the breaks. They did a great job, Carlos really looked after us and the car, and made sure we knew everything that was going on and treated us like we already were regulars. So know we will be :) Today I came in for the second time with a minor issue that he fixed in a few min. Great place

Great service. Rather than charge me for a service (after little useage during the year) they carried out the MOT and checked the important "other stuff" and found nothing to be wrong. On collection I asked them to do a couple if other things which I should have asked before (grease tailgate piston and change a bulb) so they jumped to it straight away. I'll definitely go back next year again!...

Unfortunately it is difficult to find honest and reliable tradesman in London, but these guys have restored faith, as they have always gone above and beyond to service and maintain my car for quite a few years. I remember they walked up to my house when I was at work, and fixed a puncture when my wife was pregnant and couldn't get off the drive. They have fixed odd little things on the car without charging whilst the were doing bigger jobs. They have always got the job done, for a reasonable price, and for these reasons, I often recommend them to close friends.

Been using this garage for a few years now for car and van. They've fixed all kinds of problems from power steering resevoir, snapped rear shock absorber to bulbs and tyres. Always friendly, always available, can source parts on the same day on the times I've used them. Never have tried to sell me things I didn't need or showed any gender bias. Highly recommend.

Great service, always kept up to date with progress and any additional problems that need attention. Receipts are broken down clearly in parts rather than one lump sum. Me and my family have been coming here for more than 20 years and will continue to do so. Also, the rail station is right next door! So loosing your car for the day doesnt mean you loose the working day too!

I have been going to these chaps for 15 years with a series of clapped out old bangers. They are always quick, helpful, pleasant and extremely competent. I have had a lot of problems that these folk have fixed. Nasty horrible oil in face jobs, broken down car dumped outside their gates by a tow truck, battery recharge at my house etc. Completely trustworthy and dependable.

Since my fiancé first took our aging fiesta down to Carlos and the guys after moving nearby, we have consistantly been shocked by the level of absolute integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. From last minute services and MOT's, to quickly fixing wing mirrors after overly enthusiastic lorry drivers have barrelled down our side street. A true gem in an industry blighted by a poor reputation. We recommend them to all of our friends, especially as the staff treat female customers with the utmost respect and honesty.

Was looking to get some brakes for my car that's 4 years old VW Tiguan. I had been to two different garages in the area before and they where cowboys over charged me and poor customer service even scratched my car. Anyway a good friend of mine told me about this place said he was going there for the last 35 years so I tried it, I was so impressed I had a full service too they even asked me if I wanted a cup of tea I think his name was Carlo or Carlos anyway I will be going there from now on great price got every thing for me in 30 min car running like a dream and I wish there where more mechanics like Carlos said he had bee a mechanic for over 30 years that's what I want some one who knows what there doing not the cowboys who try and rip people off if you want a garage that says what it does on the tin this is the place I don't usually do reviews but this is a 5 star for those of you that want not to have to worry
