I've just had the best experience at United City Motors, I'm always cautious of going to new mechanics and have had a few bad experiences in the past. I took my vehicle to Kwikfit who did the MOT and service and told me that i had an coolant leak and oil leak. I took it to Sam as he's the closest mechanic to where i lived (having not used him before) and i cannot recommend him highly enough. He inspected the car, called me approx 60 mins after a told me that the oil leak was minor and he could repair free of charge and the coolant leak needed a new part for which he quoted very reasonably (whilst throwing in some extras). He kept the old part to show me the damage. I picked my car up 24 hours after and the car had unexpextedly been cleaned inside and out, he even took the trouble of cleaning the enginge (which was in much need as the car had been sat dormant for over 6 months collecting dust and debris). Very glad to have found Sam - a genuine man who appears to do what he does for the love of it and wants to over deliver. I will certainly be going back again. Thanks Sam and team, will be seeing you again soon.

I spoke with a gentleman who booked in my car and the service I received was great, just what I was looking for, honest and reliable service and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this garage. I took my Range Rover Evoque in for a service and even received a free car wash at the end which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend 👌

I have been a regular customer with United City Motors for years. As a women, many garages have overcharged me and tried to take advantage. Sam has always offered a warm, friendly, professional service. Clearly explains the issues with my vehicle and always gives me a competitive quote / price before carrying out the work. Over the years I have referred family, work colleagues and friends who are also happy with the amazing service. I currently have a Mercedes GLA, 2017 plate which required a service and front break pads. This was completed quickly, 1 day and my car was cleaned inside and out for free!

I have been coming to this garage for nearly 20 years, the staff are always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They always have the car ready on time as well when i'have had an MOT or service or if there is a problem they do it very quickly and professionally. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I have used Samir and his colleagues from the very first time I moved to the bush, and have to say that I STILL use them now, and no longer live in the vicinity. The very first time I used city motors I had a random issue with my vehicle that friends, and three other mechanics could not resolve for me, needless to say Sam had the car fixed and ready in a few hrs, showed me the errors, offending parts and told me the price....even fixed things whilst in the engine without charging me for the labour, as it would have been a much higher price to have had to return in order to have this completed at a later date. Needless to say they have my full trust as mechanics, but are also thoroughly lovely people as well. I cannot thank the guys enough for the times they've been there for me. Awesome service, quality, punctuality, trustworthiness. You will struggle to find better anywhere. Graeme.

Wow what a amazing person Sam is (the owner ). My car is a 2019 model and required work being done dealers where charging me extortionate pricing. Went to Sam explained the situation ordered original parts through Sam at a discount trader price and fitted all the parts.
