I rang this garage in desperation for advice after hearing a number of conflicting things re my car issue (I'd tried a number of places). The man who answered was really helpful with an exact understanding of the nature of the problem and the complexity of the decision making re what was right for my car. There was nothing in it for him as it concerned resolving a matter re somewhere else. I totally recommend the garage based on my experience. Thank you!

I’ve been using MEB for my much loved mini for many years and now they have left Crouch End they collect and return the car which is even better. Recently I was in an accident and Pep was wonderful. I even rang him from the scene! He advised me on how to deal with insurers and later on my purchase. It’s got a warranty so I feel kind of sad I won’t be seeing the MEB guys for a year as no need for my usual MOT and service this December! Thanks for great customer service.

Fantastic garage! I have been using them for years, they offer free collection and delivery for customers to suit your own schedule, which is a massive bonus and makes the process a lot easier. They also managed to fix electrical issues that another 2 garages couldn't. Great customer service and no job is too small. Would highly recommend!

Great experience with MEB The Motor Centre. Called up to change a couple of tyres, they were ordered promptly and I was in and out in a couple of hours for a very competitive price. 10/10 would use again!

Perfect for anyone who works full time and is local in Crouch End. Needed an MOT but found many place were closed on the weekend and I am not available during the week - dropped my car off on Sunday evening, and was delivered back to my address on Monday afternoon. Kept me updated throughout the day - great service.

Took my car in yesterday as my brakes were making a metallic noise that was continuing after braking. They looked over the car shortly after I left and then called to say that it was due to a rust build up after a lack of use and advised I drove more to reduce the rust. When I picked up the car they told me there was no cost. Brilliant service and wholly trustworthy, I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

I got my MOT done today. Very simple & straight forward. Again. But, you have to feel sorry for the MEB guys. Life doesn't get any easier for them in that location. The viral spread of CPZs means that they are having to park clients' cars further and further away. (And the building on the right is about to become a major building site if the plans to convert it into a multiplex cinema go ahead, which will make life even more difficult.) So, the only downside is that every year (for the past 17 years) I've had to walk further and further to collect my car from where they've been able to park it. Today I joked "I bet it's in Muswell Hill". I wasn't far off! It was over in Clovelly Rd (below Alexandra Palace). They are now having to drive their clients & staff to & from the drop off sites! On the up-side though... For Crouch Enders, MEB are an institution. Business is good, and loyalty is extreme. Apparently people still doggedly use MEB after they've left Crouch End! This week they had two customers from Vauxhall and one from Sydenham! #crouchend #garageservices
