I had new tyres fitted with Elite Garage and I am SO SO impressed with the service everyone has been SO lovely from a phone call with Chris to meeting Denise on reception and Aaron who changed my tyres and helped explained some questions and queries I had,Turns out I need a couple of extra bits doing to my car and Aaron physically showed me I think that is awesome, nothing is too much for Elite garages and everyone seems so helpful that works here, I will definitely be a loyal customer here from now on.

I called them in the morning and had an appointment booked the same day, only was running quite late due to traffic, therefore ended up leaving the car overnight. Chris was professional all the way through and called when he said he'd call. The price was really good, and I know as one of a nationwide garage branches was going to charge twice as much. Brilliant service from Chris and the guys at Elite, fitted tyres with no issue, was kept updated all along. Tyre alignment report also given on before and after which is brilliant - will be using this place again that's for sure. They also do a price match on types prices aswell! A++++

Took my car for an MOT at my usually garage but there Emissions machine broke, called around while still in there lot to find another MOT as I had the day off an am very busy. The fella said I have one in a hour, I said that’s too late (as I’d have to hang around town for too long) and he said why where are you, I said about to drive past, he said bring it in we can do it now, I didn’t realise how close you where hha. Very friendly on arrival, car failed on emissions in the end. Advised all scenarios on how to fix it with and without them. Got it all sorted in the end.

Would highly recommend Elite Garages-Maidstone. Car went in for MOT on Saturday, unfortunately it failed on a number of bits, but garage quoted me cost for work and range mid Monday to advise it had all been, car had been re-mot'd and passed. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely use again.

After few visits to several garages in Maidstone to check on faulty fog lights and had lights the guys from Elite welcomed me with opened hart. They got the car in and starting working on it ASAP. After few minutes in checkout the faults they discovered one burnt bulb and both fog lights faulty! They changed the faulty bulb and asked me to obtain the fog lights if I want them fixed today as they need to order them for next day. (They didn’t had the fog lights in stock however they offered to fit me new fog lights if I am willing to get them ,the can do attitude that goes long distance is my top marks for them) Thank you Elite Garage to all for sorting out my car and keep up the amazing work provided. For sure to visit them when required next time.
