The team at Kent automotive were super helpful , honest and trustworthy . My Q7 won't ever go anywhere else again . Multiple faults addressed and injectors replaced at a service level exceeding and a price well below the Audi dealership I used to go to. These guys are just great !

Customer service and attention to detail that cannot be matched! After recently purchasing my Audi A4 B7 I knew I needed to get some preventative maintenance on some of the main engine components for piece of mind and reliability. After being heavily recommend multiple times I decided to get a quote. I was extremely happy with the price and booked the work in as soon as possible. After having the work done there were some issues relating to a faulty part however the car was quickly picked up from my work the next working day and before the car was even back at there shop I had direct contact with the company who already ordered all the parts needed to fix the issue and kept me updated with regular pictures and videos and handed me a courtesy car to ensure I can still get from A-B. The car is now back to full health and ready for some long journeys. The true testament of Kent automotive is how they dealt with the situation and to quote Aran from the company “It’s how we pick up the pieces” I couldn’t ask for more as a customer and I will be returning for more work as and when it is needed. If you are considering using Kent automotive look no further for a reason!

Average work quality. Not the cheapest place to go to, not sure how much they use that is genuine VW parts despite asking for genuine parts. They advised on two oil leaks and told me that my turbo needed changing very soon, which another garage dismissed. 30k miles later turbo is still fine and not leaking oil. Not a bad garage, but I don't think I'll be using again.

Excellent service. Friendly, honest and even managed to fit a clip they had lying about to save me unnecessary extra cost. The main dealer had done the usual thing of damning the component and saying the ONLY solution was to fit a (suitably expensive!) new part. One and a half hours' labour with Kent Automotive and the MKVII Golf has never run better. My experience matches the similarly positive reviews of others on Google that I read before making the booking

Had an issue with my Mk7 VW Golf that the local VW dealership wanted £1200 to fix. Took it to the guys at Kent Automotive who confirmed the dealership misdiagnosed and fixed the issue for less than 20% of the VW quote! Very happy with the service received and very prompt too. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would happily go back again.

I booked my Audi RSQ3 in for a Full Service, Haldex Oil Change, Gearbox Oil Change & Aircon Service last month. The guys did a great job and it was a much better experience than using the Audi Main Dealership. The guys highlighted some advisories that would of flagged up in the next MOT. So I booked the car back in with them to have the Front Suspension Bushes replaced, new Disks & Pads at the front & back replaced and the car drives a dream. Thank you to the team for a great job. She managed to get me booked in straight away - something you can't always do at many garages! Had my RS3 in to get pretty much everything serviced on it plus some other bits done. Booking was easy, the lady on the phone was great. The guys are friendly and honest, they said about cleaning the haldex filter before I even had chance to ask on the phone. Saved me a few quid on bits that didn't need doing as well. Top service, cheaper than the stealers and you know these guys really care about the work they do. I'll definitely be using them again👍

I have a Skoda Octavia 1.6 Auto with the 7speed auto gearbox. The car was purchased by me about for months ago from a well known automotive chain in the north. The DSG gearbox was great on motorways but around town it seemed to hesitate and then take up the drive with a jolt. Roundabouts were the worst, when slowing and then fitting into a gap, the jolt was off-putting. Supplying dealer and local ex franchise both said 7spd DSG was sealed for life and what did you expect for 95k miles. Had a chat with the experts at Kent Automotive and they said the symptoms would indicate a flush and oil change. Booked it in (sorry for arriving early guys) and a couple of hours later, the car was ready. The driving experience is much improved and the jolt has gone. The DSG pulls away smoothly at all the lower gears now, and the cost was very reasonable. Great service, an very helpful and friendly team. Thank you so much for making the car drive better when others said it wasn't possible.

Great service. I found them on Google after being disappointed by jcb medway and Volkswagen Canterbury, who's explanation for my car's problem was that it was coming from the tyres. The guys from Kent Automotive were fast to find that the driveshaft was bent. They were even faster to repair. The price was great as well, way under my expectations. Highly recommend them.

After near enough two years of engine management light problems and a lot of money (about 1/4 value of car) spent on getting various issues resolved, I was recommended to Kent Automotive by another garage. While not a Citroen specialist, knew enough about the type of problem I was experiencing to agree to strip the engine down to identify a timing issue. In less than four hours including diagnostics, and a cold start the following morning I am both relieved and delighted to have a working car devoid of this issue. Being in the travel industry and suffering heavily from a reduced income this year, I felt it was the last chance to get my car performing so that it had more years of life and retained its future sale value. These guys delivered. Professionally, reasonable costs for the work involved and confident they had identified and fixed the ongoing fault. Very happy.

Wow, absolutely kicking myself I didn’t find this garage sooner! Audi quoted me £1700 for a rear main oil seal repair alone, these guys done that, plus new clutch, flywheel, service and some other bits for the same price. Showed me all the removed parts and explained everything. Their customer service is flawless! Garages you can trust are like hens teeth, these guys not only gave me an honest job, but went above and beyond. Do not goto the main audi dealer, these guys are absolutely outstanding! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

Amazing service from these amazing guys. As a woman it's always a worry that you might get 'done over' but these guys are spot on for vw pricing and they do such a good job. They will talk you through the work and they have never recommended work that doesn't need to be done. They even let you know what might be due in the future but never push you to do any unnecessary work. I trust these guys with my car and the work they do has always been too notch. Excellent service, honest, reasonable prices, no attitude to invent unnecessary repairs. They serviced my Audi A3 2.0 tdi (2011, 105k miles). Moreover, the car had another issue with a rattly noise for more than a year (30k miles) that was audible under low mph (on the left side). Two other garages couldn't identify the source of the issue. They investigated the issue and found that the brake pad was disassembled. They fixed it free of charge, although that the whole procedure took them around half an hour. Highly recommended, Aaron is an excellent professional.

Took my audi A3 in to have full brake service Over the moon with the out come. 100% will be back there with any other problems that pop up.. Im not the easiest of customer I ask questions and the answers alway give me more questions (i seem to aggravate a lot of mechanics opps my bad) till I understand and Aron dealt with that so well.. Even took pictures to show the work in progress 1 or 2 would have been fine but he took loads even videos. Not sure if he has and certificate for good customer service but he should have.. Would I pick these chaps over Audi main hell yeah I will and so should you..
