Have used this mechanic many times and they’ve always been fair priced and professionally handled. John is particularly polite and a good communicator with good advice on how to look after your car and save a bit of dosh 💰😄

Top notch service all round, and these guys saved me a fortune. Having had an official dealer suggest that the fault I was experiencing was the clutch, and then quoting me over 2k to fix it... and at least £144 to properly diagnose it - we tried Mr Clutch. Not only was the clutch replacement quote half that of the dealer - they actually diagnosed the issue for free.... determined that it wasn't actually the clutch and then fixed the problem for about £85. My car now drives like new. Needless to say I am very impressed with the service and professionalism. I will definitely be using these guys for any future faults or annual services.

I have used Halfords over the years for my MOT/Services however I stopped using them when I realised they charged me £80 for 2 front wipers with fitting. This time I tried Mr Clutch and the service from beginning to end was faultless. Communication was great, quality of work outstanding and good value for money. Jo(h)n (I think) on the front desk is a great ambassador for Mr Clutch and was a pleasure to deal with. I will now use Mr Clutch for all my services and anything I need throughout the year.

I've taken my van to the Maidstone mr clutch branch on a number of times. Have always received great service, and had my vehicle repaired at a good and reasonable price and the guys were always done at the time agreed, even at times of emergencies. Also great customer service and would recommend this garage to everyone

I had my clutch fixed under warranty in Maidstone, a year after it was originally done, with no trouble at all. I took my car back again due to a clonking and pinging noise since my clutch was changed. John and the team there looked at it and removed the stones that had got caught. Nothing to do with the clutch and they didn't charge me. They are nothing but polite and accommodating.

I can't recommend Mr Clutch in Maidstone, Kent highly enough. Last month they changed my clutch for me with a minimum of fuss, and stuck bang on to their quote. Which I might add, was the lowest I could find. Now they've just done an excellent job on my MOT, and gone that extra mile for a low, low price of £28. Dan who oversees the operation is a top guy, and worthy of high praise, but all they guys there are straight up. People are always quick to leave poor reviews, and you're never going to be able to please everyone, but I wanted to leave a review that honestly reflected my experiences of both of the occasions that I've used them. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I'm pleased to say they didn't disappoint. Cheers guys... keep up the good work.

I have had my car repaired at this garage for the last 3 years....different problems. Every time extremely professionals. One recent experience: 2 years ago I’ve changed the alternator at this garage ( middle range one ), and today it broke down again. The engineer told me that suppose to last for longer, but it could be just bad luck, and the warranty had expired. He looked for me for another one to be replaced, and told me that I have two options: first, the same like last time, or another one, premium brand around at least 100£ extra. As a good will gesture, he told me that he will fit the premium brand one at the same price for what I’ve opted.

I took my mini cooper into a local garage and was quoted £1,000 for a clutch repair, who told me I needed a new Dual Mass Flywheel replacement. I got an online quote from Mr. Clutch for £399.99. I contacted their Maidstone Branch and spoke to their manager Rich, who was extremely helpful, polite and informative and booked the car in the following morning. The said garage laughed when I told them what I had and said that I would be back and that Mr. Clutch couldnt do it for the money and that the Dual Mass Flywheel would cost £400 to replace. I contacted Mr. Clutch at Maidstone and spoke to a young man called Neil, again extremely polite and I asked him if the price included the DMF and he told me I didnt need that part it wasnt fitted on the mini cooper only the cooper S but they would check and confirm. Took the car in they confirmed it didnt need a DMF and did the work. The service was excellent, informative and the car is now running like it should. I would thoroughly recommend Mr. Clutch at Maidstone and its superb team. Well done.
