Have a leak in my car and Newstead were able to fit me In really quickly. They spent almost an hour with a hose on the area but they couldn't get the water in. The next step is to take down the roof lining which they warned would take 2 hours so the cost already high before working on the leak. I took the car back with a few ideas from Newstead to help us both try and pinpoint where the leak is. Found them to be so helpful and would recommend them without doubt.

Quick easy service. Arrived for MOT and was straight onto the ramp and being done. Took about 45mins and they walked me through any problems that arose. The people there are really friendly and nothing is too much for them, they are always happy to help. I will definitely be returning next year and for anything I need doing on my car.

My family have been going to Newstead's for at least 15-20 years. I've continued to come here despite moving further away as they're the only place I trust to be completely honest and not overcharge. As a customer of Newstead autos for many years, I can highly recommend this autocentre for its professional and helpful service, especially that of Steve & Lee who will try there best to accommodate you if a urgent mechanical problem arises, even though they are always busy. The team of helpful and friendly mechanics, together with Geraldine on reception always give 100% to ensure you receive an honest, professional & friendly experience. It's not often you find a garage where you can take your car and know you will not be stitched up for repairs or be over charged. Prior to using Newstead autos I had bad experiences of dishonest garages before I was recommended this one by a good friend. The employees of Newstead autos really do put the customer first and as such lots of my family and friends continuously return for there mechanical needs.
