Neda and the team did a great job on my Ford transit custom before I returned it to Ford under a lease agreement. I meant to post this review a while back and have felt bad that I didn’t get around to it. They are a great team and did everything asked of them. A number of panels repaired and painted. Auto Crash Repair are really customer focused. They are top class. I took my BMW GT there for alloy wheels refurbish and I can only say top class. Sadly I dont have the before pics but the result was really nice and make my car looks so cool. They were on time, the price was spot on and their customer service and response was really pleasant. I had a car accident and needed a few parts replacing (bumper, panel, headlight, mudguard etc.) Neda was very quick to reply to my email and was very professional and friendly. The job was done in good time and I received plenty of updates. Due to them being a family business and so professional I felt great peace of mind whilst they had my car. When my car was returned it looked brand new and they did a wonderful job. They even replaced a wheel trim for me! Would highly recommend Auto Crash Repair MCR :)

I visited Auto Crash Repair when I damaged my front bumper in an accident. They quoted me for two options: repairing the bumper or replacing, whilst other garages only gave me a quote on replacing, which was a pleasant surprise. They quoted me a price which was lower than anywhere else I went so I went for the replacement option & all they required was a deposit for the bumper itself and they even provided me with a receipt as soon as I paid it. The whole procedure took 2 days to complete (dropped off on Monday, picked up on Wednesday) and the whole while through they updated me on the process, being polite and courteous the whole while through. Regarding the replacement quality itself, it was great. It was basically a perfect colour match and the gent even fixed the raised bonnet resultant of the crash, without charging extra. He talked us through all the details and again was extremely polite and friendly. I hope I never get into a crash again because no ones wants that stress, however after speaking to these guys they basically alleviated all of that stress. If ever I need the bodywork looked at for my car again, I'll 100% be coming back to them.

This garage provided a great service with customer care you rarely see these days. They went above n beyond from the men on the floor to the admin. They did extra work without charging me because it wouldn’t have looked right otherwise and they even contacted me mid way to inform me that my car tax had run out. I hope to use this garage in the near future to have further work done on my rims. Honestly I would not put these positives if they weren’t whole heartedly true.
