Adam and Guys are fantastic. have been with them since before they opened Crown Point Motor company and have never had cause to regret it. Absolutely brilliant people, so friendly, trustworthy and reliable service. Nothing is too much for them. they have helped with advice, repairs, MOTs and servicing. Don't know what I would do without them. I recommend them to family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues. I cannot recommend them high enough, you won't regret contacting them and you will not be conned or ripped off, what have you got to lose?

Had my MOT done here every year for the last 5 years. Booked in advance and had the test started on time. Very good service from Glenn and all the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Advised of things that will need attention in the nest six months but are legal now so very helpful. Highly recommended.

I’ve had several issues with my current car over the last 5 years and they have solved the problem immediately every time, no job is too much trouble - I wouldn’t take my car any where else. My partner also brought his car to their garage after an MOT at kwikfit......they saved him £1000! Good, honest and reliable service. Couldn’t recommend them enough 🙌

Adam made buying a car a pleasure rather than the usual hard work. He was not pushy but let me take my time. Because it's a small business he was able to make decisions unlike larger car sales businesses. So he gave me a reasonable discount. He is able to lean on the main part of his business, being servicing and MOTs, hence he made sure my car was spot on when he delivered it to my house. New tyres all round, new brakes all round and new s/s battery, MOT and serviced just to make sure the car was A1. He even taxed it and because fuel was low put half a tank in for me. He didn't just satisfy my car buying needs , he went further and delighted me. Can't recommend Crown Point highly enough. A masterclass in car selling/customer service.

Had an issue with my car unfortunately it was irreparable due to not making financial sense and other issues however Adam was very sympathetic and did an excellent job at diagnosing the fault and trying to liaise with a warranty company that was involved. Adam and Geoff have vast experience and knowledge when it comes to cars but what is most impressive is their unrivalled customer service. They are extremely trustworthy, reliable and offer a very personalised service. Receiving a reminder text message to inform me that my M.O.T is due is just one example of how they take the stress out of maintaining your vehicle as this is something I always forget! Tippers also does a great job on a car valet to put the finishing touches on a great all round service. Keep up the good work fellas.

I have used CPM for the last 6 years & have always found them to be professional & honest, they are also cheerful & friendly which may not be an essential requirement from a garage but is a refreshing change. CPM do not push you into doing repairs that are not necessary, by that I mean if some component on your car is on its way out but still has some life left in it they will let you know, you choose whether to have the work done now or at a later time. As you will know not all garages do that, some will lead you to believe that the component failure is imminent & you should do the repair now. If Carlsberg did garages they would be just like Crown Point Motors.

If you need your car/van repairing then go no further than here. Staff are brilliant, so helpful and your never rushed no matter in person or phone. They know cars inside out and then some. But Toyota's are they're thing. Could build one in a day I reckon!
