So gratefull to this company. Being a woman on my own felt venerable. They arrived on time the young man put me at ease immediately. Very polite and very professional. Helped get my car off a precinct car park that had a height restriction bar using skates. Then carefully loaded my car on to the recovery truck. Very professional and a big thank you would recomend them.

The lady reception was exceptionally helpful in booking recovery and garage. The car was picked up on time by a friendly guy. The mechanic kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle, and once they finished the job the I was called to come and pick up the car. Damian and his team are just genius and extremely professional. I had multiple issues with my Audi A3 exhaust system which caused considerable degradation to my cars performance and they were able to resolve them quickly and its running fine now. The prices they quote are standard and give clear and honest details of the issues. I would recommend this garage to everyone who would want their car to be completely fixed.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I thought it was about time I write mine. It is unfair now people get there work done and when something goes wrong blame the garage. I had work done by DS & Son, my car has serious issues and being a woman I didn’t know nothing about cars, they were highly recommended by one of RAC drivers and when I went there I was greeted by the friendly staff in the office, they had told be that they were call me within 24 hours with the fault and the cost of repairs. Unfortunately my turbo needed changing and DPF was blocked, I to thought getting a second hand one but when they explained that if anything happens to the turbo then I would be liable not them and also the warranty that comes with it is usually 3 moths , so Damian called his supplier and got a reasonable turbo which came with a 1 year warranty and if anything happens no questions ask they would change it. Its now been 6 months I have had no issues at all, they now look after the fleet cars where I work and my boss is extremely happy with there service. Most of my family and friend go there and DS & Son look after them.

Highly recommend this garage! Replaced timing chain, oil pump replaced and oil filter changed on my Audi A5 all within a few days at a very reasonable price. Garage kept me fully up to date in detail of work being carried out on the car and up to date on any other problems that were noticed on the car etc.. 💯 recommend this garage. Car picked up and dropped off in good condition. Defo will be using this service again. Thankyou!!

Looked up for a recovery company and DS & Son came on top, gave them a call, they inform me the price on getting my car recovered and taking back to there garage, price was very reasonable, they had me recovered and back to there garage within the hour, I was totally amazed how fast and professional the driver Gopal was, he took a lot of care with my car when loading and off loading my car. Also got the works done by them, Damian kept me inform while my car was with them, Will be using them again, can not fault them in anyway at all, the quality of service is excellent. Have been meaning to right a review but didn’t get the chance, from the recovery guy to the staff and the mechanic. Specially Damian who have looked after my car when it broke down with a clutch failure, they took it to there garage and did a full diagnostic and gave me the price, they also offered my the 0% interest repayment scheme, which at this hard time was very useful. Called around few company for a quote for recovery, when asked if my car would be covered they all said no, so If they were involved in accident and they damage my car it wouldn’t be cover. Then I called DS & Son Ltd for a quotation, I explained what the problems was and they quoted me a reasonable price, and told me my car would be cover on there ins while it’s on there truck, there driver was with me within 30 mins after agreeing the quote and home within the hour, the driver explained while I watched them load and unload my car very carefully due to it being very low at the front, would like to say a big THANK YOU to them and would recommend them to all my family & friend.

I first went to ds & son ltd in June this year to to get a new clutch fitted i found them online there prices was very reasonable compared to some other garages id come across. They kept me updated while my car was with them. I recently went back to get a new thermostat and water pump fitted. I would differently recommend this garge they are all very helpful and honest they dont try over charge you.

Amazing company. My car had broken down on the motor way and i got it towed to citreon. Who told me my extended warranty would not cover the issues as they are wear and tare. I have only had the vechile 1 year. Ds and sons came and collected my car from citreon who wanted *£2500* for repairs and have fixed my car. A new clutch as it was burnt out. Hand brake fixed. Fixed rear breaks. New battery. And a few other fixes. They also dropped the vechile back to my home address as im isolating.... all for £660 Big thanks guys . Your amazing 👏 ✨ ❤

Based on previous experiences with garages "I don't trust them", our mobile mechanic went into retirement so I had to find a new garage - but with my dis-trust this may prove difficult. I found DS & Sons who were only 1.5 miles away from us, so I sent our van to get fixed. Hi, just wanted to leave a review as received fantastic service from Damien at the weekend. On arrival he talked us through the whole process which hadn't been explained to me by my insurance company. Initially he told us he could only take us 60 miles but negotiated with boss' to take us much further and made our day much easier. He put up with 5 women singing at him for hours, stopped to make sure we were fed and watered etc. The truck itself was excellent, very clean and the TV with music was amazing. After he dropped us off he also called to check up on us. The customer service was truly above and beyond and he made a potentially stressful and unpleasant (especially with a hangover) situation a delight!

Such a great service for my car. They quoted me the same day I dropped it off but then went off to find alternative costs for the part from different suppliers and got back to me with a great deal! On collecting my car they let me see some pictures of the before and after the EGR valve which was hideous before-all dirty and broken and the after was amazing. I've literally just picked my car back up and the staff were friendly, helpful and the car drove away from the garage back to A1! I've taken some busineses cards to hand out because I am more than happy to reccomend these guys! Thank you for fixing up my RR ready for sale !!

Great service. Used the garage managed to fit my partner's car in last min and sort out the problems.

Where to start with this absolute gem of a company... My Megane RS 225 needed a clutch replacement and I was looking around for about 2 days, came along this company who was very welcoming and even though the job was an absolute nightmare he was still happy to help me out, couldn't afford the amount upfront so he offered straight away that there was monthly options to help with cost. Throughout the job he kept in contact with me and even sent me videos of some other items that might need changing soon (some garages will just either say nothing or force the customer to pay more) All in all I can't recommend DS and Son enough and i live 25 mins away from him but I will be more than happy to travel back to him for future repairs, hopefully not too soon haha. We were amazed and relieved when DS & SON LTD turned up in 15 mins. The driver Gopal made sure we were safe and comfortable in the truck and was quick securing my vehicle properly. Very professional service, couldn't ask for more, highly recommended. Thank you so much! This was after the failure of Egertons Recovery to fulfill their breakdown recovery service (waited 3hrs+, with dishonest ETA).

what can I say, car broken down in the middle of a live lane and I call my breakdown policy company Admiral , they told me that a recovery agent will be with me within an hour, but to my shock a black recovery truck pulled in front of me and another one behind me within 20 mins, with there flashing lights on, I was so happy to see them, they told be to stand I a safe place until they have loaded my car, as soon as they loaded the driver of the recovery truck made sure I was ok and offered my drinks and snack, in all my days I have been broken down I have never seen any company offer anything but DS & Son Ltd go above a beyond
