I have rated 4 rather than 5 starts simply because there was a long delay in my receiving the £300 surcharge refund. The advice I received from Steve at Eurojap was very informative and ensured that I provided the correct information in order for them to find, refurbish and supply a 4d56 Mitsubishi L200 8 valve engine for my 2001 model. It was built and delivered within 2 weeks and after 800 miles all appears OK. I have to return it to the garage who carried out the removal and installation at 1,500 miles for an oil and filter change and inspection. The oil consumption seems too high so I may put in 10w/40 instead.
I do recommend them.

I bought a Mazda 6 skyactiv from eBay and trusted the seller. Big mistake and I should have checked it better. Cut a long story short the engine was knackered.
I really beat myself up having owned garages and repair workshops in my earlier days and consider myself still to be a good mechanic, no tools to my name so had to find a solution. My car still made the journey to Eurojap in Manchester from Coventry having to add water when the heating started blowing cold. When I arrived I had second thoughts about the place as it’s old school with no flashy frontage. All my fears went after having a tour around the workshop and meeting the staff. The engine building guy talked with me and having built many engines myself I understood everything he was explaining. This is a honest review and after 15000 miles two years later and five oil changes ( The key to long life ) my car is like new. I’ve read the negative reviews and understand that cars can be very unpredictable as there operating conditions vary so much so things can and do go wrong. 100 percent I would trust this company and travelling 100 miles is a small inconvenience for such a personal service.

Excellent customer service.
My experience started after buying a used Mazda CX-5. Three months of ownership saw catastrophic engine failure, and the start of a journey trying to hold the trader accountable under the Sales of Goods Act.
Initially I was advised by an engineer that the head gasket had gone.
This was my fist contact with Steve at eurojap as we’d found them on line and he sent us a reconditioned part.
On further investigation by the engineerI was advised the engine needed replacement. It would be beyond economical repair but I was stuck having just bought the car.
Steve from eurojap immediately agreed for me to return the head gasket. From there on in, and over two years of my complaint with the motor trader, Steve has been patient with my persistent questions, always free to offer advice and the engine has now finally been replaced.
The car is running beautifully and I am very grateful to these guys!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend eurojap.

Bought a replacement Ford Ranger engine from Eurojap Ltd, really cant fault the service.
Offered assistance when making my selection, kept me up to date with progress, and made my bond repayment virtually straight away when they received my original knackered unit.
The new unit is running ok, although only 600 miles in, so still going through running in period.
Would have no reservations about going back to them in the future.

Found a part on eBay for a vehicle we were selling and rang for more information. Steve at Eurojap diagnosed the fault over the phone and supplied us with all the needed parts at an extremely good price.
Further, he continued to go above and beyond with his support by follow up calls to see how we were getting on.
The car has now had the parts fitted and is running perfectly and is ready to be sold.
Part was packaged and posted and I received it the day after I ordered it!
Thanks very much!

Last year, I purchased a used car (unknowingly) with severe engine problems. My car ultimately suffered catastrophic damage due to a major oil leak whilst on the motorway. Local garages I approached were unwilling or unable to help due to the size of the job. Luckily, I came across Eurojap. My car was collected from my home, without any inconvenience to me. I was kept informed of the diagnosis, progress and costs every step of the way via both text and telephone call. On completion of a complete Engine overhaul, the team couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I felt welcome to contact them at any time should I have concerns. So far, my car has driven like new. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eurojap to anyone who finds themselves in the same position I was in.

Cannot thank Steve and Abdul enough for all their help regarding a replacement engine for our L200. Having been without a vehicle for 4 months due to being conned out of our money by a garage in Paisley who promised us a reconditioned engine, we now have a working vehicle.
Our car is running like a dream. They promised that we would have it back in 2 weeks and true to their word we did. They are honest, and do a great job.
I just wish that we had found them before we gave our hard earned cash to conmen.
.Abdul collected our vehicle, put a new reconditioned engine in and took our old one as part exchange. Everything they promised they did. I highly recommend this company and thank them for being so helpful and giving us our car back running sweet as a nut.
