r. s.Needed emergency brake fluid drain and replacement. Able to book in at short notice. Work done quickly and at a good price. Let me know as soon as the job was done. Happy with the service received.
D. D.Had a new fan belt fitted, at half the cost quoted by a dealership. Ordered the part and booked in within two days. Needed a slight adjustment about a week later, sorted it for me straight away. Took an old car there for work a few years ago. Good then too. Only place that I've been to that doesn't try to add extra work or tell you your car needs a new solid gold wiper blade for £300 fitted, plus a £50 'just because' tax.
T. M.Can't complain, booked in for some minor works. Attended on time, took car in workshop pretty much straight away, works done promptly.
Might be slightly more expensive than local garage but did everything quickly and efficiently

l. k.I booked my car in for a MOT the night before. Took lt the following day. MOT done, and a couple of remedial jobs sorted. All within 3 hours. Fast service and friendly staff.

R. R.Ok so I went to get a free repair check. , after a bad experience with a prior garage (quick lane prestwich ) so it was very smooth to book it in and I was greeted in a friendly manner
I explained I had a red battery light and he said leave it. And they will call me. I also explained that the last garage broke the bonnet catch and it won’t lock
Anyway about a hour later he rang and confirmed it was a alternator
I asked could they do it. And he said yes but it’s £350
Now it’s a 2006 bmw e87
All though they are nice guys I can’t afford to pay that much.
I had previously researched the average price and unfortunately this was nearly double the others we’re asking so even tho I really did want Halfords to do it I had to say no.
They did fix my bonnet as well I noticed and didn’t even mention it.
That was a nice thing to do so I’ve give four stars for that.
I would probably give them another try in the future to just price compare
To be fair. I do have to do a bit of running around to get it cheaper
And I won’t have a peace of mind like you would with Halfords
W. G.Can be expensive for instance car lights replacement bulb £10 same bulb £6 Asda or £3.49 in Quality Save. So check onlinne prices first. If using the mot centre it is reasonably priced & also for wheel alignment.
N. D.Booked on for MOT and Full service using the online booking form,which was quick amd easy to use. The guys on the garage were friendly explained everything thoroughly. Bit more expensive than independent garages but thats to be expected. I will recommend this garage and I shall consider using again in future. All in all good all round.
