Thanks to theese guys I got back to Scotland . We just came back from holiday using Manchester Airport. On arrival I had a flat tyre ..got some air in it until I could find a place to fix .. theese guys were the 3rd place I visited others couldn't fix or help .. discovered the tyre had 3 punctures and not repairable.... but they had me back on the road within 30 mins.. very polite and helpful glad I found them when I did .. . Back home safe and sound now .. cheers .

Outstanding Service - Had abandoned a prepaid appointment at National Tyres (Halfords) Longley Lane, after they had decided 1) that the locking nut key no longer worked. 2) That had to come back the next day because the manager with the tool was off, and 3) When I came back told me using that tool would cost another £35. Heald Green garage where I had a PM appointment and I couldn't get there until 15:40 on a Friday, sorted it in 20 minutes and guess what, no issues with the locking nut. Will definitely be going back and National/Halfords have lost the custom of a 20 year customer.

Awesome had a blow out on the A17 called Tommy Tyres and they got me a tyre sorted ready the next day. They also give me some advice regarding some minor damage to the alloy and issues to look out for next week.

Been using Heald Green Garage (and previously Tommy's Tyres) for over 10 years. I phoned to book for 2 tyres fitted. I was kept informed on the delivery of the tyres to the garage by text and a phone call and the tyres were in stock the following day. I got a call from owner to confirm time for tyres to be fitted. Very quick service. Took just over 15 mins to fit 2 new tyres. Owner Laura even had time for a nice chat with me about our recent occasions of needing things fixing, and things in general. Nice Laura took the time to chat, however busy she was I appreciated her taking time to chat. Can't believe anyone would feel the need to leave less than a 5 star review for this business. They are 5 STAR from when you arrive until you leave. Thank you.

Phoned round 3 places and all said I'd have to leave my car with them for a puncture repair and it would be a couple of hours. Tommy Tyres said could do straight away and would be 15 - 20 minutes. They were as good as their word and sorted it quickly despite being busy. Excellent service and bargain price.

I have just had the most amazing and care to supply and fit a new tyre from Tommy Tyres (Heald Green). Real problem as had a sudden flat tyre and my car does not carry a spare for this event. Arthur took the panicking call, arrange to come and collect the wheel, tried to save tyre (Damaged), supplied and fitted new tyre complete, then came back and fitted the wheel back onto my car for me. Outstanding care above and beyond. So so grateful and save the day. I can't thank you enough.

We broke down at the Premier Inn near Manchester airport. The brilliant staff from this garage came to our rescue, collected the tyre, replaced it and returned it in under an hour. Friendly and efficient service. Prices are competitive and really appreciate thier honesty. I had booked a tyre change as my previous garage had told me my tyre treads we're at 3.5mm 6 months ago. When Tommy tires mechanic checked he asked if I really wanted my tyres changed as my tyre tread depth was still fine at 4mm.

Great place always use here for my tyres used to be owned by Tommy who was brilliant. Met the new owner recently and his a proper nice chap knew Tommy wouldn't let it go to just anyone. Will continue to use this place as my main tyre depot.

Have to say, I miss Tommy and his Wife Christine (who uses to work on reception) very much. The standards here are still good but nothing will ever beat Tommy and Christines Service. A family business Tommy built up for numerous years, i followed him from Heald Green to simonsway to Sharston. Part of me wishes he could have continued with the family as I know his daughter used to help out on weekends too. She was a credit to them and even helped show me how to find out my tyre size ( abit embarrassing when a 19/20 year old shows me when I’m nearly 50!) She too was Always polite and friendly (just like her mum) and interacted with customers which was nice to see instead of having her head stuck in her phone. I hope him and his wife are enjoying their retirement and well done to the new owners who seem to know their stuff to. I will continue to visit and support this independent business as the new owner is involved which is nice to see.

Tommy Tyres (Heald Green Garage) fixed my puncture while I waited - no fuss or nonsense. Very reasonable charge too. It's worth noting, for any lady drivers that may read this, this would appear to be a very 'female friendly' business, with bookings, phones etc. being dealt with by a very helpful lady on reception (Tommy's wife?). The workshop is clean and tidy, a good indication of clean and tidy team in the workshop.
