I was sent here by my Insurance company to repair a dent in my car roof. I was nervous as some reviews weren't great and I didnt want to be without my car for a long time. There was initially a long wait for them to take my car but the service after that was excellent. They arranged to pick my car up from my home address, arranged a courtesy car, I had daily updates from their repair team and my car was returned looking new (you can't tell there was ever a dent) and the paint work is a complete match. I'm really happy and would definitely use them again!

Very Good experience after being referred by my insurance. The Reception staff were very helpful and kept me up to date all the way through and even managed to get my car fixed earlier than scheduled so I could go away. If they were closer I would switch to them permanently

Damaged the bodywork of my Octavia whilst parking, causing a bad dent to the front passenger side, numerous scrapes and damage to the paintwork, front bumper, and damage to the headlight. KC Autos were chosen by my insurer, so I had no say in it. It went to their Blackburn branch and they had it for four, maybe five days, maximum before returning it to me and my car looks like it did before the accident, you wouldn't know that the car had been damaged before in anyway. Excellent job, and it was done much faster than I expected. They provided regular updates and all the people who I spoke with over the phone were professional and polite. They also did a full valet of my car inside and outside, so it looks like new. Top marks. Highly recommended.

I was really dubious about this company, as the reviews are so poor. 1. It isn't their fault your excess is 500 quid. 2. Quick paint jobs aint good. 3. My car was sorted in the timescale given, cant fault professionalism. I was informed along the way, but not much in the way of web updates. Having said that, do I need to know when it's being sanded, when each coat goes on?. No, I need a target time that is realistic, and achieved. That's what I got. Thanks.

Upto know, reception staff are amazing, problem lack of communication. Getting my car cack tomorrow after a month, hope they aren't charging me for drop off, really don't believe its the companies problem feel its my insurance companies fault, just total breakdown in communication between both parts

KC Autos Tyldesley have carried out repairs on my car after it was hit by another car. They did an amazing job! I was a little worried they wouldn't get the colour right but it's perfect! More than happy with the service they provided, and they even cleaned my car inside and out too!

My car was booked here for insurance work, and looking at the reviews I was dreading it. It couldn't have been more different. I was kept up to date as the repair was done (took about a week), the staff were courteous and friendly every time I spoke to them. An inventory was done before the repair so there was a statement of any damage, and the mileage. When I got the car back, it was as good as new, the ding on the tailgate had gone, and the bumper was like new. Speaking as someone who is a bit ocd about their car, I spent a good while checking it over with LED lights and I could see no paint defects such as orange peel, cracking, bad colour match, or overspray. There was a feint scratch on the passenger side but it can be buffed out as part of my normal cleaning routine, as I mentioned I am ocd about my car so 95% of people wouldn't have even seen this. The inside was very clean and smelt like they'd used some sort of solvent to clean it, but that smell will go in a few days. I would have no qualms about taking my car here again. I can only assume the other reviewers where isolated, or KC auto's have got their act together since then.

After reading some not so great reviews i was reluctant at leaving my VW Golf R (pride & joy) with them. . . . However, how wrong i was to judge!!! The staff were always very pleasant & more than happy to talk over any queries or concerns i had & as for the work, 100% professional & superb results, really really pleased & will definitely be recommending to friends & family 👍

Absolutely fantastic service.Spoke to Phil on Thurs, took the car in on Friday at tea time and received it back Saturday at dinner.Now that is what i call a fast return.The car is immaculate, perfect job done and the finish is outstanding,you would never know it had been in an accident, even had a wash and wax before i picked it up.Phil is a perfect gentleman, offered to drop me off back home and pick me up to collect the car.So all in all my experience with this company is a 10 star rating.I would advice anyone to go this company, you will not be disappointed. Many thanks to Phil for everything and thanks Paul for a lovely clean car. YOUR A STAR!

A1 from me!!! Outstanding workmanship from KC Autos !!! They brought my car back after a few days and did an excellent job on the repairs, you couldn't even tell it had been damaged, I must say I was very impressed with the work carried out, they cleaned my car inside and outside, great communication through out, I would definitely recommend KC Autos and I would take my car back there.

This centre was selected for me by my insurance company. The service has been great, they called and and kept me upto date what what they are doing on my vehicle, sent me text messages with update and estimated completion times. I was given a hire car to use for the duration and also a collection and delivery service. Very happy.

When I had a third party accident in my car KC Autos couldn't have been more helpful!..I expected a slow haul repair lasting about two or three weeks... but one weeks later, I got a call and my car was returned one weeks later at the location of my choice where I opted to return the hired car provided.. my car was freshly valeted.. and surprisingly the mileage was exactly the same as when I left it for them to pick up which means they must have moved the car professionally using a tow truck.. cannot really speak about other peoples experience of KC Autos but mine has been a real stress reliever after my accident, wishing all the staff, management and all their families at KC Autos a very Merry Xmas and a happy and prosperous new year!
