Recently had cause to visit Kwik Fit in Fallowfield twice in quick succession (a two-week interval). I can't fault the quality of service and speed I received on both occasions. The staff who I dealt with were knowledgeable, polite and professional - based on my two visits, I would definitely recommend.

Before i start may i say i'm not in anyway rewarded or paid for these reviews, I just believe good service deserves polite appreciation..Right (Kwik Fit)i like the spelling.Ok..This was just over the last weekend. I got back home from a car wash and noticed i had an almost flat tyre (not good) its the first time i'd had a flat tyre in about two years and this was a saturday wwhhaatt. Any way to cut a long story short this was now 5:30pm on a saturday evening everywhere i knew of was shut. I rang a few "mobile tyre fitting places" on line but they even though they were ready to tackle the problem, they would have charged me a small fortune to fix the problem. So i changed the injured tyre...(well i meant the wheel) and put the trusty spare on. The following day (a sunday that is) was gonna be all about sorting out That "pesky puncture". Everywhere we rang was closed or closing early. Eventually we came across "Kwik Fits" number and they were "open". After a quick phone call we travelled across to their Fallowfield branch. The guys at "Kwik fit" had said that they were quite busy but they would try fit me in so i give them credit and a big thank you for that. All Within 20 mins we had chosen a suitable matching tyre had it balanced and fitted and we were off on our merry way. Once again a big thank you to "kwik Fit" Fallowfield. I will be keeping in touch.

Amazing professionals. Repaired my puncture immediately. I had a slow puncture on Christmas Eve meaning I couldn’t get to work. I called around kwik fit stretford and national chester road but everyone else was impatient on the phone and busy fobbing me off but these guys were patient and reassuring and told me to bring the car down. Soon as I arrived the wheel was off and Dylan showed me where the puncture was and reassured it could be fixed. I watched him work and he was diligent and explained everything which put me at ease. A few minutes later my puncture was repaired. As I am NHS staff the repair was free! Lewis was really polite and understanding. These guys are a credit to kwik fit and the backbone of England keeping us all moving this christmas. Cant thank you enough!

Had the best experience at Kwik Fit Fallowfield, I was having issues with my windscreen wipers, Maz and Rab were able to identify what the issue was immediately, they explained it in a way that was easy to understand and had it fixed and ready to go in 10 minutes. The Fallowfield Kwik-fit have got prompt service, with great customer service. However, the best thing is their quality. I have bought 4 new tyres for my car, and their prices are competitive. Also, I did the wheel alignment along with that. Altogether, I got a good discount (around £40). So, 4 premium quality tyres along with wheel-alignment cost me £250, which was good. And, I am really happy with the quality of their service. So far, I have found them reliable, reasonable, and quality-service provider. Recommend !!!

Took my car in today after work, as a light come on the dashboard that I didn’t recognise. Dylan was who I spoke to at the desk, and although I had no appointment, he was very helpful and came straight out to take a look at the light. He told me it was low tyre pressure and got the car in. Was told it would take 20 minutes to sort out, but my car was out within 5 minutes, with my tyres inflated and the light was no longer there. Was greeted in a friendly manner and my car was taken into the garage very quickly, I was told it would take 45 minutes, but was more than happy when after only 30 minutes it was done and my car was brought out to me,. I arrived at the depot were I was dealt with promptly by the mot mechanic . He explained the procedure and approximate timescale . In spite of a couple of problems with my boot the mechanic carried on with little fuss . I was notified when the job had been completed and similarly given a detailed overview of the findings and a few recommendations. All in all I was very pleased how quickly and efficiently the inspection was dealt with . I had been to a few depots in the past and whilst I’ve had good jobs done it always seem to take longer than expected. I fully understand that this can be the case due to the nature of the work , it always seems longer when you’re waiting still ..!

Since living in Manchester, 7 years, I’ve only ever used this place for all my tyre issues. I’ve never had a problem and have always been given good service. This time I had to replace a couple of tyres and had an mot advisory on my front brake discs and pads so I had them done at the same time. Will always trust this particular depot.

The technician was very friendly and seemed quite transparent about the recommended repairs, giving a breakdown of the prices. The car passed its MOT overall, and there was no pressure to have any of the recommended extra work done, so I got the impression that this is a trustworthy garage.

The centre manager Semaj was the employee who was fitting my new tyre. As diagnosed by him, it turned out that I didn’t need the new tyre that I had booked online, because the problem was with my wheel rim instead (tyre had been going flat slowly). I would like to highly commend Semaj for pointing this out (instead of just fitting a new tyre), and for giving me appropriate helpful advice and information about how to get the issue resolved and also how to obtain my refund – which was quick and easy. Semaj gave me an excellent impression of being very helpful and very willing to do his best for me as a customer. I saw him being equally helpful and providing excellent service to other customers who were in the waiting area with me and those he dealt with on the phone. I had been avoiding this centre and Kwik-Fit completely for years because a previous manager (years and years ago) was an arrogant idiot about a mistake they had made, which he denied, until I had the mistake confirmed by visiting another garage. Even then he was grudging to resolve the issue that they had created. 5 stars out of 5 for Semaj the centre manager and an additional commendation. Based on previous poor experiences with other garages, I am slow to trust motor trade professionals; Semaj has earned my trust and I will be placing further business with the Fallowfield Centre, including a major service and I will be recommending them to my friends and family. I normally don’t leave reviews and certainly not negative ones; I prefer to deal with people face to face for that. I decided to leave a glowing review for Semaj at the Fallowfield centre because I believe hard work and effort put in to excellent customer service should be rewarded!

Not sure where the bad reviews necessarily come from, I suppose it's always hit and miss with any kind of car repair. I was under the impression that Kwik Fit was your all purpose repair shop that you can visit 7 days a week and usually get seen to the same day. Of course some other private mechanics are cheaper, but they aren't spread across the country and available to the same standard as Kwik Fit. We had a tire explode on the motorway, I put a temporary on and then had to catch a flight - 2 weeks later we returned home, drove the car to Kwik Fit and were there for 8.30 opening time. We were the 4th car in the "queue" and had a new tire fitted, tires balanced, etc, and drove away at 10:00AM. We paid around £45 (small car/tire) and were on our way back up North. No hassle, no bother, no suggestions to purchase anything else, just a simple question - what tire do I want as a replacement. Very happy with the service provided and the time at which it happened. Also very happy that people found a cheaper deal else where, but that's life in general for you - you pay for convenience in life, and Kwik Fit in my opinion is always convenient through my experience.

The service I received here was excellent. I had visited a different Kwik Fit location the day before my visit to the Fallowfield site and they, although busy, were not very helpful at all. On picking my car up, having had four new tyres fitted and brake pads and discs fitted the technician who repaired my vehicle described the work undertaken and Lewis was there to assist also.
