After a puncture at 0600, and sitting on their forecourt til opening at 0830, the young man squeezed me into their busy schedule to get me on my way by 0930. As a new rac patrol in the area, it’s comforting to know that Kwikfit always go above and beyond to help me and my customers. Tonight, one of my members suffered a blow out after hitting a pot hole on his motorbike. I was unable to repair the tear in the sidewall of his tyre. Kwikfit Salford only do car and van tyres but they offered to store the members bike till the morning when a transporter could recover the vehicle. An amazing team and an amazing experience. Helped me out and saved my company money and put my member at ease that his bike is in a safe place. 1000 stars from me and to a company in my heart. Paul RAC 2166.

Had 2 new Pirelli tyres installed at my local branch to find a large egg in the tyre wall the after my commute to Manchester, attended Bury road branch for support. Even though my purchase was from a different branch this issue was dealt with in professional manner. A replacement was arranged within 1hr. I had purchased a set of new alloys with tyres and needed them balancing and placing on the car. Contacted Kwik Fit and was booked in immediately. On arrival spoke to a lovely chap called Andrei. Polite and helpful from the start. He balanced the four alloys but also made me aware of a slight buckle on the front two and explained this in more detail. I took the car for a drive and could feel slight vibrations in the steering wheel due to the buckle. I returned a short time later and Andrei without hesitation removed the alloys and put the old ones back on and all with a smile. Thank you

Would like to leave some feedback for Salford branch...rang the centre expecting to have to book for 2 tyres was told to bring my car in and would be done ASAP! Great service yet again. Went in for new tyre and ended up having to have steering adjusted. Conor was great. He explained why the work was needed and showed me exactly why on the car. He explained the options for me and advised the cons of not having the work done. Absolutely no pressure and was incredibly genuine. Some garages make you feel pressured into having work done. Conor came across completely trustworthy and gave me confidence in what he was saying.

Got oil change plus oil and fuel treatment Ultimate treatment package on 59 reg. Toyota Avensis with 130000 miles on the clock. Also got wheels tracking done. All for 160 pounds. Car seemed to have picked up more power straight away after the treatment . Fuel economy has still to be seen as the recommend try to drive at least 500 miles before vehicle shows fuel economy. I would say I see may be a 5 percent increase already after driving 40 odd miles. Good, friendly and professional people !

got a flat tyre round the corner from this kwikfit andf they were happy to have a look at it right away for me. Once there they realised that I needed to order a spare part for my tyre and Conor was super helpful in helping me find one cheaply! First tried to get nail puncture fixed in December. Advised by Qwik Fit that my wheel nut was broken and explained my options thoroughly as to how to get them replaced. I got the wheel nuts changed by Ford and then came back to get puncture fixed. They fixed puncture really quickly and was back in the road in 20 mins.

This was my 2nd visit to the Kwik Fit garage on Bury New Road in less than a month. First one was for a puncture repair due to a screw in one of my tyres, which was dealt with really quickly. Friendly and helpful. 2nd visit today was for another puncture issue. This time it was not repairable and my car required a specific tyre which couldn’t be ordered online. Andrei, the manager, was extremely helpful. He chased up the tyre through the Kwik Fit network and was able to source it very promptly. He made several calls and kept me updated several times. Took the car in to have the tyre fitted, which was done by Conor, who also looked after everything. So nice to deal with such an enthusiastic team who went above and beyond to help me out. I rarely leave reviews but would highly recommend the team I dealt with today. Thank you for helping out.

Great value for Michelin tyres. Arrived earlier than my appointment and they did the swap straight away. Cheerful friendly experience. A=strongly advise kwik fit Salford, B=avoid pirelli tyres, they wear out way to quick (6500mls in. 12.mnths) 3=overpriced soft rubber

Went in with a slightly flat tyre that wouldn't inflate; was terrified they'd tell me I needed a new set and charge me through the nose, but they just replaced the valve (which was all that needed doing) and refused to take any payment whatsoever, even for labour! All this within 15 minutes of me arriving. Nicest company in the world - will go there again next time I need anything!
