My 190e was booked in earlier in the week by the polite and friendly receptionist and dropped off a few days later for the mot (which thankfully passed) and a service. I also pointed out there was a smell of fuel around the boot and a heatsheild vibration around the exhaust. Both these issues were dealt with and my car is good to go. A very professional company to deal with and their rates are reasonable too.

Great for Mercedes cars and the pictures of the rest room great service at a very good price I had 3 Year service and mot because it was due and 2 new tyres. I chose to go here rather than get my third free service from Mercedes Stockport the garage I bought it from 3 years earlier because of the service these people offer.

The team at Mastertech in Droylsden truly go above and beyond. They have helped me out today at very short notice with a flat tyre. I have used them previously for servicing also, which was priced very fairly considering the expertise of the team. Staff all know what they are talking about and are happy to explain things in laypersons terms without making you feel incompetent. Thanks very much to Amanda, Julie and the team who helped me today. I would highly recommend. 5 star service!

I have used this company for my c350, I was very impressed, my car had been to Merc earlier and faults weren't resolved! After my good experience here I recommended my family, mastertech repaired my fams A class seat sensor. I think the poor reviews here are probably angry people with limited car knowledge. Well done master tech keep going!

Simple MOT. Car taken into garage at appointment time. Nice large waiting room with tea and cofee. Completed within hour. Fair price for changed bulb. A very positive MOT experience compared with other places that take car for hours or attempt to sell extras at inflated prices based on advisories. Thank you!

I've been using Mastertech for about 2 years now and from the get go they have always been able to solve issues with my car. The technicians know what they're talking about when getting jobs done and the good thing I like about them is that they take time with any issues unlike other garages who just want you in and out. I've relied heavily on their collect and drop off service which is very convenient for me as I work full time. If I have an issue with my car after they've done work on it they will always take the car back and sort it out. Great service, expert advice and will be a regular for years to come. Great service and professional all round. Very happy having been quote nearly 50% higher for routine service by the main dealership I took my 2 year old car to Master Tech and they carried out full B service with parts and update to Mercedes service e-history. Excellent service! Always fast appointment availability, super flexible in being able to drop the car off the night before and take a loan car...etc. Even stayed open slightly late when I was stuck in traffic on the way to collect. Prices not the cheapest BUT to be fair, they use new and genuine benz parts which are moderately priced to start with. I had a slight issue caused after a repair but this was dealt with next working day with no extra charge(s). Definitely highly recommended, many friends and family use this garage for both Mercedes and other car brands! Thanks!

Took my Mercedes Smart 451 following it having a nasty error code and overdue service. Mastertech were able to book me in so quickly and dealt with hand over of keys very efficiently and hygienically in midst of covid-19. Fair prices and no pressure to commit to optional things that would need ordering. The local smart car group recommended the garage and I'm very happy I went with the recommendation.

Imagine the most professional service you've ever received on any purchase or service and you might be somewhere near to the experience I had with Mastertech Assist. Craig and his team are courteous, understanding and reassuringly knowledgable. They came and picked up my car, advised me of the work needed (and educated me on my new-to-me vehicle!) completed the repairs at a fair price and delivered the car back to my door. I was kept informed throughout. It was a completely hassle-free service, and this was in the midst of COVID-19, so even more impressive. This is the second time I've used them and both experiences have been 5 Star. Try them - the confidence you have in your car afterwards is a priceless feeling. Thanks again.

Mastertech Assist Ltd. A very professional service, I took my Smart Fortwo 451 to Mastertech Assist last week to have a software update installed. They have polite, helpful and courteous staff who made me feel very welcome, the waiting facilities are very comfortable and clean with free tea and coffee if I had wanted. The workshop/garage was very clean and obviously well looked after, giving me confidence that the work carried out on my car would be of a high standard. The work was carried out in a short space of time and the technician explained fully the work he had carried out on my car and also gave me a printout of the results. I was very happy with the price for the work. I would highly recommend Mastertech Assist and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you all at Mastertech Assist for a great job. As a footnote to this review, I initially rang Mercedes-Benz Liverpool over four weeks ago for a quote regarding the issue I had with the software for my car. When I questioned the quoted price they asked me if I would like one of their technicians to call me back to discuss it, I said yes please, I am still waiting for them to call me!! Used these folks twice now, in an effort to keep my 23yr old merc “heap” going. Fantastic service, professional but also friendly, great value for both parts and labour, and quality work. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely use in the future. The “heap” lives another day - thank you guys!

My father has taken his car to this garage for the past 12 years. He has always had excellent service from them. Recently Craig has gone above and beyond and advised that my Dads car was no longer worth repairing (it was 20 years old) and managed to find a near exact replacement for them within the week. This garage not only has fantastic customer service but has a real heart. My sister is now thinking of buying her car from this garage and if I lived more locally I would too-don't hesitate to use this garage.Thanks for taking care of our Dad Craig!

My E200D estate has air suspension at the rear. It would intermittently drop overnight on to it’s axils! Craig worked wonders and he even allowed me to purchase a new but shop soiled electronic module from Ebay which saved me money. The car had to be left overnight to ensure that the repairs were successful. Mastertech allowed me the use of a courtesy car for a minimal fee. I made sure that more diesel was in the tank when I returned the car. In conclusion I should not have worried as the total repair cost was far less than I had feared. Seasons greetings to all staff and I will return in the new year for a service and MOT.

What was supposed to be 900 quid job, turned into an 1100 pound job. No problem. It happens. Despite the BMW logo in my profile pic, I actually hate them. (Edit: I no longer hate BMW's, in fact hate's a strong word and I shouldn't have used it. My brother just bought one and it's a beautiful monstrosity of engineering prowess. 335d X Drive is the fastest diesel on the planet and Mercedes has no equivalent but I'll keep my Merc and one day I'll get an AMG to rival it.. Overkill I know. But then he'll probably get an Alpina, then I'll get Brabus lol) The picture was just to check how a square profile pic fits in a circle enclosure. Anyway, I digress. I go to pick up the car having borrowed the extra couple of hundred quid and find out they forgot to add the VAT or the labour, I really apologise but I cannot remember what the reason was. The only thing was that I live quite a few miles away and I KNOW this company is probably one of THE best places to get your Mercedes fixed. They know what they are talking about and they do their job VERY well. It pains me to give them a three star rating but I had to go all the way home to get more money. They apologised, ummed and aahed... clearly they were in the wrong but I knew I couldn't force them to hand over my car either. So I was stuck. All I say is make sure you get your quote in writing, actually ignore me.. it was probably just an oversight so the chances of it happening again are rare. I will change my review to 4 stars because apart from this oversight they were spot on with the job. The work that I had done from them is still working fine almost two (now 4 years) later so cannot fault them on their workmanship. Keep up the good work.
